Nice Secluded Beach
May 2021
Nice secluded beach. We enjoyed this park for a quick visit. Fort Pierce St Park was full at the same time this park had many parking spots. We also enjoyed the Jack Island State park nearby which has miles of hiking trails. Cost is 2$ per car.

Just a roadside stop
Nov 2018 • Couples
I assume the whole area is a state park rather than just this small pay car park at the beach access. It’s little more than a roadside stop. I can see why if you are planning on going for a long walk on an unspoilt beach, with practically no development in sight you would park up here. Otherwise there is little of interest, the beach is narrow and frankly ugly. Only stayed 5 minutes. There are much better locations up and down the coast.

NOT FOR US
Mar 2019 • Couples
Plan to pay to park. Beach is narrow. Picnic tables are covered and restrooms ample and clean. Showers available but not foot wash. There are much better locations.

Great place to stop for a beachwalk and a picnic
Jan 2019 • Couples
It was a delight to discover the small park along a beautiful Atlantic beach, between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. It is possible to walk a long way along the beach, with only distant views of high rises at Fort Pierce or development in Vero Beach. The washrooms are clean and well kept as are the lovely covered picnic areas. This is a gem and if you go in the morning, you may have the place to yourself.

Pay to park.

This is a nice beach, but much smaller than others with small facilities also. It is quiet, pleasant and always clean. It is a close walk out to the surf.

This a beautiful place to go, relax and take pictures. I went last weekend with my family and the pictures were amazing. It was chilly but we enjoyed the breeze and peaceful place.

Great beach!
May 2017 • Family
Great beach with bathrooms, outside shower. Clean, Parking is on honor system by putting payment in envelope ($2) and placing in "mailbox." Lots of seaweed during our visit. Ranger station if you're collecting passport stamps is (I believe) at the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park (no station here.)

Nice Beach. Barbque. Clean restroom.
Feb 2017 • Couples
This is a very nice beach for a day trip. It has clean restroom/ shower/ changing areas. A few pavilions with barbque grills. Flags marking swimming hazards, but there is no lifeguard on duty. It's usually not that crowded. Misleading in that it says dogs are allowed on leash, but when you get there they are only allowed on leash in small pavilion area. Not allowed on beach. Great day beach. Closes at sunset.
