We went there once to check it out. Dogs have lots of fun running and playing with other dogs. Not a place to just sit and relax.

The location is quite naturally beautiful peppered with mangroves and accessible by small path and perhaps a hop over running water depending upon the tide. Additionally, it is accessible by boat. If your dog loves the outdoors and cannot wait to jump in, this is...More

This was a nice secluded beach with responsible dog owners. My two dogs had a great time! We would highly recommend.

This is truly a dog beach. It's too bad they can't write the review. We watched as they ran and splashed, barked and played. They were having a blast. You do have to be careful where you step (I guess accidents happen and their owners...More

Has a clean port a potty for humans and bags for the dogs. Has a shower to rise off everyone. Lots of fun seeing all types of dogs. Check the tides. More difficult on high tide. Watch for dolphins swimming near by!

Just remember to take lots of water for your dogs. There is a hose at the entrance which also serves as a way to hose them off before getting into your car. So many dogs you may want to take an extra ball. This is...More

It's a great place for dogs but its very stinky. Dogs must love it. It's not a place where a non pet owner would go.

This stretch of beach is the only area in this vicinity where dogs can run free on a beach. The beach is in a sort of cove and there is not a lot of big waves. There are several sand bars to keep the waves...More

We rented a house on Ft Myers beach.... With a pool... Cheaper than a hotel and yard for 2 labs was great... Vacation rental by owner... " pet friendly"... Reserved a few weeks in advance. Great dog beach!!! Good luck.
