We had a great time on the Dolphin Tour. Our tour guide Nick went out of his way to find dolphins as it seemed they were not where they normally were. We did finally I counter a group of dolphins and were able to get to watch them at a safe but close distance for about 15 minutes. The wave runners were very nice with a great neutral feature that allowed us to stay in A fixed position whenever we stopped. I’ve ridden a lot of these over the years and this is the first time with this feature and it is really a nice feature. Will go again on our next trip.

We had an excellent experience and highly recommend the dolphin tour even if you just want to ride the wave runner. They take you along the coast and into the bay so you get to experience what the equipment can do in different conditions. I had my two young teens on one wave runner with me and they loved it! The dolphins were a bonus as they come close to the wave runners. Definitely would go again!

This was the most amazing tour on a jet ski.
Matt our tour guide is the best -very professional and a great speaker during instruction of the jet ski operation.
The dolphins viewing is something to see, and how close the dolphins get very close to the edge of the jet ski.
You will get wet and this is a must do activity for all ages!

The Bald headed attendant was extremely rude and made rude comments every time he walked near us, loud enough for us to hear.
We have never been to Fort Myers Beach, ever.
We arrived at the beach about 7am, the beach was empty. About 8 am they started to set up rental beach chairs and he told us it was a private beach (found out later it’s not) and we had to move.
The next day we set up further down and again he told us to move. This time he told us to move to where we were the day before, when questioned about it, he said “that was yesterday. when we tried to get clarification from another staff, he yelled “jimmy, don’t talk to them”
Then again every time he was near he would make rude and sarcastic remarks loud enough for ya to hear.
Today for the third day we were in a spot that wasn’t in “his” space, but that wasn’t good enough, now we were too close and the comments kept coming.
We then spoke to another staff and when we asked him he politely told us the guidelines, which are more of a courtesy. When we told him our experience of the past couple day he pointed and said, that must have been the bald guy, he’s the only one who talks to people like that.
When we were leaving I politely stopped him and told him we have never been here and don’t know the protocol, and all he had to do was tell us where we can, and can’t sit instead of making rude comments. At the point he stared yelling at us and told us to “go f**k ourselves and stormed away.
This is absolutely the worst way to treat potential customers, let alone tourists.

The beach chairs and umbrella rental were easy and smooth. We booked online before we left and it was easy to check-in in the morning. There is no parking! Beware! They say you can park “free” but only during your 30-40 minute jetski ride. Just pay ($20 the day we went) to park in the private driveway for the day. The chairs had nice padding, were clean, and comfortable. The umbrella was big enough for two people to comfortably find the shade they needed. The jetski rental is where we ran in to trouble. Absolutely no instruction given though we had mentioned we’d never ridden before. It was a complete sh!t show from start to finish. The guy out in the water “monitoring” was a complete jerk. It was clear they just wanted to get as many people on these machines each day as they could to make more and more money.

Rented three jet skis for an hour with four people.
I guess I didn't enjoy my experience; not sure it was worth the money for an hour.
The jet ski guys get really close to you and watch, not like from the beach - like right on top of you. If you go 20 feet out of their bounds, they are there to yell at you - this coming from my innocent wife who didn't realize they were talking about *that* blue building.
The space they say you can jet ski is pretty small, about a half a square mile. Thinking back, I kind of wish we didn't do it at all.
The family jet skis at home and it's a lot more fun.
One positive is that the owner is nice and he right away knew our reservation information.
The water in the designated area is also pretty crowded.
I'd do the half-hour if you have never jet skied before and wanted to try something new. If you are an experienced rider, pass on it.

We had a fantastic time on our jetski dolphin tour yesterday (12/29). The entire staff was awesome. We originally booked just one jetski to share, but when we got there we added another one so we could each have our own. It was my son's (age 15) first time ever on a jetski, never mind driving one, and I haven't been on once since 2001 but they gave thorough instructions, enough that he felt comfortable and so did I. There is a guide in the front and one in the back of the pack too. Once we got out there and my son was a little unsure of himself, so the guide in the back (Tre) gave him some pointers and before you knew it he was back in action. We did see some dolphins on our trip and had a very enjoyable time. Our guide (name starts with an A, but I can't remember it for the life of me(sorry)) was really great. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us the rundown on all the features, made sure we were all comfortable with everything (forward, reverse, idle, hand signals, etc) before we headed out, and gave us time to try everything out. The machines were all new and in great condition. I would book this tour again in a heartbeat! Remember to tip your guides too, I didn't see anyone else doing so and they work so hard.
Tips: Wear water shoes. Anyone with flip flops or sandals had to leave them on the beach. Wear a long sleeve swim shirt or lots of sun screen, the sun was strong out there! There is a small area like a glove box where you can keep things. I tossed my license, cash, car keys, etc in a ziplock and threw it in there. The area stayed dry, but with the key fobs I wasn't willing to chance it without the ziplock.

The three of us rented Jet Skis for the guided dolphin tour. Matt took us on a 90 minute tour in the Gulf of Mexico and the backwaters. We saw plenty of dolphins playing and jumping completely out of the water. It was an amazing experience. The Jet Skis were a ton of fun also, Matt explained everything to us and we felt comfortable by the time we were out of the no wake zone. If you are in Fort Myers beach area you have to do this activity! Cheers...

These newest wave runners the have are super fast and hard to hang on to after a while in the choppy waters. After that they bring you into the bay’s where the water is smooth. The family and I had a blast keeping up with the lead on the tour.
Just keep in mind you have to put up with the other slow people in your time slot.
The guides are really relaxed and let you have some fun on the tour.
Plan on getting to their spot early because the traffic is horrible.
Overall it was a great experience!

Wow what a great time! I brought my wife for her first time on jet skis. When we get there we saw they offered a guided dolphin tour on the jet skis and we jump on the deal and were so glad we did! We had a great time on the jet skis and son tons of dolphins. The staff was so helpful and informative. Thank you All Island Watersports! We’ll be back for sure!

Do they weigh you to make sure you’re under the weight limit for the jet skis?
Written December 22, 2020
We weren't weighed but maybe because we appeared to be under the weight limit. We have done the tour and we've done the hour rental. I'd recommend the tour. Lots more to see, experienced tour guide, not stuck in the same small area as one of the previous commenters replied.

Do they have water skiing? Where are you located on Fort Myers Beach
Written August 10, 2019
We spent a week on the beach near them. No waterskiing. Parasailing was great though. We also loved the jet ski tour.

Does All Uslabd dolphin tour take you into San Carlos bay or does it go all the way down to lovers key? Looking for a tour with shortest distance to the mangroves.
