Lived here for 60 years, Red Tide happens most every year, this was the worst I remember. It's really improving and the bars and restaurants really miss you! Come on down!

we went in july and red tide was in so we didnt go in water but it is a really nice beach. ate at the cottage on beach was good food we had fries oysters staff was very friendly

Lovers Beach is a short drive going South down the main road (Estero Blvd). Cross over the bridge and turn in at the sign. Parking is $8.
