Seth did a great job of the History and how Ft. Myers developed from a one horse town to what you can see today. The History of each character and the building or street, made for an interesting 90 minutes. As an added bonus, Seth recognized Eric Larson as he walked by our tour. Eric was in town for an Authors symposium, so I hot footed it to the Library to catch the tale end of three authors talking and 75 minutes of Eric Larson, one of my favorite authors. He wrote "The Devil In White City " and 4 others. Eric was there to promote his latest book. Seth has an encyclopedic memory for the area, you could tell he loves his job and he is very entertaining.

Very organized and interesting. Making and changing reservations was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Not too long or too short. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Our tour guide was friendly with a sense of humor and did his homework. Very knowelable.

Seth was an excellent guide. He knows the area as he grew up there. He tells wonderful stories and keeps the crowd engaged. This was our 2nd tour as we have also enjoyed the haunted tour with Seth as our guide. We will definitely be back......Thank you so much!!

My wife and I visited my sister and brother-in-law in Ft Myers in March 2013. We saw in the local paper that there was a walking tour of the revitalized historic section of Ft Myers so we made a reservation and took the tour. The tour was excellent. Our tour guide, Gina, was very well versed in the history of the area and she explained all the history clearly and concisely. There is very little walking as the tour goes around only a few blocks and there were plenty of places to sit if needed. We learned a lot about the origins and development of the city. Ft Myers has done a wonderful job of restoring the historic building. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide had great enthusiasm for the tour, the topic and history of Ft. Meyers on Saturday, December 29... Some of her added commentary outside of the tour was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable.

A great tour!! Highly recommended!! Gina, our tour guide, shared her wealth of knowledge and unique insights into the history of Ft. Meyers. Her interactive, high energy presentation and passion for Ft. Meyers past, present, and future make this a "must do" tour.

Read about this tour on Trip Advisor. It was a sold out tour but Seth did a good job of keeping it moving. Excellent story teller and knows a lot about the history of the area. It was hot and humid out so be prepared to sweat. Overall a fun time for a very reasonable price.

Seth was a great tour guide. He was Very knowledgeable. It's a walking tour, so be prepared to walk. There are a few moments where you can sit down for a short time. There's plenty of opportunities to take pictures but you're not allowed to video record. Make sure to keep the fan they give you, you can get discounts at several of the stores and restaurants located downtown Ft Myers. You can even get a discount on liquor at the Cowboy up bar with your fan.

2nd time on this haunted history tour. Laurie is an awesome tour guide, she is funny, informative, entertaining and honest. Lots of history on haunted sites in downtown Fort Myers. Took a few pictures where we have seen some questionable sights.......
They were taken at the school house. Believers and non believers alike will enjoy this tour due to the history and of course Laurie. We will bring friends back again....

Our group enjoyed a very special afternoon beginning with the ninety minute Legends and Legacies Tour and followed by a delicious catered luncheon at the Langford-Kingston Home. Our tour guide, Cynthia, was adept at highlighting the contributions of nine forward-thinking ladies who helped shape the Fort Myers of today. She is a tour guide with a passionate interest in her hometown, with fascinating facts and anecdotes to illustrate it. I think I can speak for all sixteen in our group in highly recommending this tour and(optional) luncheon.
