Fly boarding

Omg! My baby boy had a blast on the water, the instructor was very clear and helped the entire crew master the flyboarding. My phone died and I'm still hearing about the excitement the company was very professional equipment was nice. I would most definitely book LauderDale Flyboarding again, and the company also offer more water craft family fun like jet packing. I'm still excited.

We had a blast!

David was a great guide. Not just were we able to successfully flyboard (my 13-year-old son, in particular, REALLY got the hang of it) - but we had so much fun as well. I appreciated David's great humor and patience as we learned the ropes and even when we flopped (literally). We had a blast!

Flyboard Experience

Signed up for the Jetpack package, however David informed us the flyboard experience would be a better fit. Personally, it was not for me, as I don't like a lot of water sports, however I did have a good time. My family and friends enjoyed the experience tremendously. I would definitely recommend to others in the future.

Not worth the money nor the risk

This event was scary. The lake this guy uses is filled with gators and he was being pretty insensitive over our fears. The kids no longer wanted to flyboard and neither did I but I had to get my big girl pants on because we felt a little bad for the business owner having this nature problem. He was an ok instructor and finally the kids did it, had fun but then he held our videos and pictures random saying we needed to complete a review in order to get them. That was pretty lame considering we paid $830 for this event and it wasn’t half as fun as wakeboarding and tubing with Dean at LTS Watersports! And those prices are way better for so many options fly boarding wasn’t for me it’s more for kids and hoverboarders.

Awkward and scary

It was all good until we realized there are huge gators living in this lake - oh man, that made the experience so much scarier. To be honest no one wanted to do it anymore but the experience was paid. The kids enjoyed tubing much more which was a fraction of the cost of this activity. The kids really wanted to view their videos that David the host took of them fly boarding but the host didn’t want to send them until we gave him reviews. Now I’m hoping he’ll keep his word since we sent a review even though it’s definitely not a 5 star review.

Greatest time ever!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! Lol really an exciting and new experience. David really took away all the fear as soon as he started explaining how it works and the water/gear is SUPER comforting. Will be back 🤩🤩

Outstanding Customer Service

This five star review won't start out as you might expect, but how the situation was handled more than earned it.

I arrived at the dock for a Sunday morning jetpack experience that I had booked online before flying in for the weekend. When nobody showed up, I called the office. David (the owner) answered the phone, and discovered that there was a technical glitch with a new scheduling software service that they recently switched to. Long story short, my reservation showed when logging in online but not in the iPhone app. Oh, and I was the only scheduled customer that day.

What happened next is how the five star rating was more than earned. David was very apologetic, and understanding that I was only in town for the day, dropped what he was doing at home, loaded up the gear and headed to the park. Although I had to wait a little longer, David more than made up for the inconvenience to me. That type of customer service is very rare these days, and I really appreciate his going above and beyond to deliver a great experience!

Spring Break Activity

I had the time of my life with this excursion. I was a little weary and user at first but eventually got the hang of it. I definitely recommend you do this completely sober not even high LOL. I was in the water like Moses walked on the Red Sea. This activity is great for the family as well as anybody that love water sports. The instructor was very professional and on time. He guided my group my clear and concise directions and a friendly attitude. This was worth every single penny. If you wanna feel like a superhero then this is it. I enjoyed being pushed up to the deck with the Jet Boots on. I can’t wait to do this again!

So much fun!

Incredible experience, definitely recommend it! David was a great instructor. He was really helped us get the hang of it and enjoy ourselves. He was patient and gave great directions. Its not hard to learn. I was going vertical in just a few minutes of trying for the first time. Definitely going again!

They did not deliver. Don't risk your money.

I scheduled a 4PM flight via their Website. They make you pre-Pay the $150. They automatically confirmed the flight. I went to the location and no one was there. I called and send several text’s. They didn’t respond until later that night and said they had to cancel because of weather and offered a full refund. I asked if they could do it early the next morning and they said maybe, but they called after 10am, so I was unable to do the flight at that time. I asked them many time to process the refund and never heard from them. Ended up having to go to Paypal and file a complaint.
