I love this place. The owner Frank is a great down to earth guy. The prices are reasonable with no hidden charges or surprises. Frank is very straight up with pricing. No surcharges for fuel, tax or mandatory gratuities. The equipment was in great condition and my family had an absolute ball on the water under the watchful eye of our guide Stanley. We opened the wave runners up on both the intercostal and the ocean. We had a fantastic time and will definitely make a return visit on our next vacation to Fort Lauderdale. If you want an honest jet ski rental with no unexpected surprises, make sure you come here! And make sure you ask for Frank. Thanks again Frank and Stanley. You guys were awesome! Definitely the highlight of our vacation.

We’re from Pennsylvania and one of us was a first time flyer we had an absolutely amazing experience in the air and Mikey and Ethan made the experience a thousand times better the laughs were endless thank you for such an awesome time we definitely recommend flying with these guys!!! Parasailing in Ft lauderdale tops parasailing in Maryland by far !!!! Thanks so much

My teenage daughters, my fiancé and I went parasailing with the crew - the same 2 guys in the July 2016 pic someone posted. They were phenomenal!!! The water was rough but they get us out there safely and took great care of us! My daughter became very seasick and the one guy (standing) took such great care of her. Can not thank him enough! They were funny and told us all about the boats/homes on the way in/out. The sites were great while up in the air. Highly recommend this group as there are quite a few down there where these are located.

The place is a scam, unprofessional , malpractice . They strive on making people to crush their jet sky so they would hold your $200 deposit. If you think you gonna spend only $150 an hour it is a no, you will spend $350. Watch out! Guys! On the boat test for 14 and up they will give you no essential lecture or course to listen or watch through. They will make your kids guess the answers and not even consider if you did it wrong or passed the test. They blocked the reverse drive so you could not back off if you are in trouble, the guide who will take your kids or even you into the canal on purpose by the end of the trip give you wrong instructions so you could crush either into a canal wall or each other. Their jet sky all damaged in a first place a priori and as a wise person you would rather take the pictures of jet sky before you put yourself or your child behind on it. I had that gut sensation but I did not do pics :(. Read carefully all the papers they want you to sign and take a picture. The only person who makes the decision to return ur deposit or not is their boss, who drives a truck and Kinda lurks around, evaluating the risks of being in trouble with particular client. My jet sky went to complete stop when I slowed down. There was no speed indicator / the speed was showing 0 entire time and I was not aware of the speed I’m running with. They did not check my son’s id at all. We had 4 more people riding with us and all of them were crushed and charged extra. How bold they operate and how trusting we have been.

This place is terrible and unprofessional and charge more than other places. As other reviews stated, you’re in the bay where you’re surrounded by boats everywhere and have to go very slow the majority of the way. They take you to a spot in the water where it’s shallow and you can get off the jet ski and take pictures. They said that’s where you can go fast which was a lie. You can’t go fast there because there are kids on small boats out there. The jet ski I was a passenger on was not operating properly and we were not able to go past a certain speed. The tour guide was horrible. No instructions whatsoever, he just expected you to know what to do out in the water. Then had the ordasity to get upset if you were too far behind or going too fast. On the way back, a few of the jet skis flipped over and people were in the water, including myself, struggling against the current. The tour guide was nowhere to be found. Worst jet ski experience. Find another place.

i would of gave 0 stars. our group waa abandoned by the instructor. we were left FAR out in middle of ocean my jet ski is smoking i never got to go faster than idle basically. finally was rescued. had to jump skis at dark in middle of ocean some scary stuff. Got ghosted at the end and never got money back or even an Im sorry. Cant get the supposed owner Zach to call back. ive benn texting with who knows bc his phones fwded???? sure it is Zach. will b callimg local news to report b4 i leave. was t trying to give them the opportunity to at least give me my money back or say sorry or something but since I can't get anything I guess I'll go straight to the news to tell them about my traumatic experience at your place

Called the morning that I wanted to rent two jet skis for my son (it is his 22nd birthday today) and my nephew (16 years old)
We explained to « Zack », who answered the phone that we are a family and have my parents with us and my father has to walk with a walker and would have difficulty getting to the cabana on the beach for us to watch the boys for an hour rental.
He called us back and said no problem there is a beach wheelchair to get him from the front if the resort into the beach.
300$ for two boys for the hour rental. We paid, 2 x $9,99 for the mandatory license, and went on over to Lighthouse Resort Pomoano Beach for our 13:30 rentals.
Arrived, had to walk down to the beach, the two young men, had no idea about a wheel chair except the beach one that had to be left on the beach and proceeded to tell me to get the car and bring my father to the side of hotel and he could the walk to the beach wheelchair.
My sister after parking went to speak with the two young men atty ex rental after me. Frustrated, when she found me after they who youngmen were unhelpful and called my sister “rude”. We asked if “Zack” was there and they said that “he the was just the concierge”. Yeah, I saw a movie that you might like to see that just cameL Tell me the remote Just took it over here
What a mess! We will not be spoken to so poorly by two young men with nothing better to do but be disturbed by a family looking to include their 85 year father to watch his two grandsons on jet skis as a birthday gift. They were obviously too busy on their cell phones to want to help for the $300 rentals.
Needless to say, we left and they couldn’t have careless. Other people explained to us that they are very rude.
We obviously made the best choice despite the disappointment in my son and nephew, although they were understanding and just as shocked as we were!

Initial booking seemed good then spiralled down hill. Arrived in time for our booking at the address to find them across the bridge.
Then find we’ve been past to another operator who didn’t have any ski’s. Lack of comms transpired hung around waiting for 45 mins after being told the chap would be back ‘momentarily’ with 4 jet skis.
Didn’t happen.
Do Not Book with these cowboys.

Took my wife and son parasailing today, $85 a head. I went just to take pictures. Something the guy on the phone "forgot" to mention, it cost $35 just to be on the boat. So, first, they lie just to get you there because they are the most expensive. Second, the story they tell about the tour they give you, that is a BS. They are located on the marine and must take you to the open water. They can't rush through due to speed and noise restrictions in the area. So, they call that ride a tour. There are other services right on the beach and a lot less expensive for that very reason. The releasing instructor half my age was on a way so I couldn't take any pictures on a take off. But it was so obvious, they could hold the parachute closer for a few seconds. They could, buy they didn't. I didn't say a word just shook my head, didn't even look at him. He went off yelling at me and insulting for no reason, saying not to tell him how to do his job while I didn't say a singe word. It was so noisy there it wouldn't make any difference. I was shocked for a moment, didn't know how to react. He would absolutely not stop even after I reminded him that I paid $35 just to be there to take a few pictures. He literally stood over me yelling and spitting into my face in front of 8 other people on board. May be he hates people and his job that much but not at the first morning ride. He was acting like a mad man. Should such psychopaths be allowed to handle that kind of work? Besides that idiot, I noticed a few safety issues on the boat. Will see how the authorities respond to that.

Please be aware that every parasail company charges you to be on the boat. You had that option to watch them from the shore.....and not pay $35. The crew takes pictures for the parasailers as an option.Secondly,$85/person is not the most expensive."On the beach" ,with no tour, is $95/person.Thirdly,you can call it a slow speed ride to the open water ? Or you can watch people gasp with delight, snapping endless pictures with awestruck amazement at Johnny Depp's Yacht,Steven Spielberg's Yacht , Up close views of $25 Million Mansions through the "Venice of America" .We Have Never Ever had one person out of Thousands complain they could not photograph their family members from the boat.The reason John and Ethan are mentioned and remembered (By Name) on reviews are because they are two fine southern gentlemen who are courteous, professional,and anal, about safety.Never a complaint,or they would be fired ! Fourth, no details about the ..."Safety Issues" . Most important thing he mentioned, and no evidence, or rambling on about that. "The Authorities" did our yearly inspection in April and gave us a perfect score.Lastly,If I had as bad of an experience as you mention here.....I would be all over the manager/owner of that company,complaining at least,and even asking for a refund ??? We get nothing but Praise !! We are Serious about our commitment to our customers, and we take Pride in what we do.

Don't rent any jet skis. They are all very old and not reliable. The staff was very rude to us as well. Next door there is KC jet ski rental. Very good place.

Dear Donna, I sent you to that location because we were fully booked,and they were the only rental company with jet ski's available that busy day in August. Just trying to get you on the water..... They have since updated their whole fleet to newer equipment. They are comparable to KC now.You mentioned they were rude.That is a comment I've never heard about them or I would never send anyone there again !! I have addressed that
with them.Thanks for voicing your opinion as we always strive to improve our customer service !
