This was a great quick visit to let our youngest have some fun while waiting for a late flight after getting off an early cruise. The place is clean and has a lot of variety of activities with food onsite

Showed up at 10:00am with my children and was told that the place was closed for a private event until 1:00pm. The person at the door said that they had updated the website and Google/ Apple Maps with the updated time, but nothing has been as of 10:09am. I understand when there is a closing, but they need to communicate clearly. So now our children are very disappointed after a very long car ride.

My daughter (4 years old) and I visited this place yesterday 03/24/2019. We arrived around 3:00PM. She wanted to climb on rock wall; she was waiting from 3:15 to 4:00PM; whole this section was fully unsupervised for at least one hour. After complaining to the front desk, someone finally showed up 15 minutes later. Basically, this area filled with kids was totally unsupervised by staff for while. I was glad it was no accident occurred that time.

We went here while on vacation when looking for entertainment on a rainy day. The kids were happy and it kept them busy for an hour. We have kids ranging from 1-12, all were happy for an hour. They serve alcohol. They also serve food but there are lots of other food options around the location.

Its noted online that the Sky Trail Rope Course and Rock Climbing Wall do not open til 4pm on Fridays. So I took my neices and nephew at 3:30pm to enjoy the other activities before. The Lazer game was out of order. At 4:05pm no one was at the Sky Trail or Rock Wall so I went up front to ask, I was told that she was trying to get ahold of the person who was supposed to be working those areas and she would let me know. 4:15pm went back and was told that she was not able to get ahold of her that she was going to talk to the manager. Again at 4:30pm she informed me that her manager said it was ok for her to go work those areas but she was waiting for someone to come up and cover the desk and was not sure when that would be. I told her I wanted to get a refund that we have already been there 1 hour and have been waiting for 30 minutes for these to open and since she did nto know how much longer there were not many other things for the kids to do. she said she could give me a day pass for each of them but I informed her they were here from out of town and I just wanted a refund so I could take them somewhere else. The manager had to approve it he came out and agian tried to offer me a free passI explained to him the same. After all they gave me a refund. My neices and nephew got all their stuff together and findished playing the games they were on and put on their shoes which took about 15 or so minutes and even after all that the Rock Wall and Sky Trail was not open. I think $13.95 for ages 3-4 and $15.95 for 5 and up is a lil too much for the small facility. The young lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful but I think manager needs to be on top of things . The customer should not have to come back to the counter every 15 mins to find out why something is not opened. I will not be going back when they come back down to visit nor will I refer my friends to bring their kids here.
