We rented the Rinker Q3, 23ft 200hp 12-people (8 hrs). The boat handled well (self-chartered) and was in great condition. We had more than enough room for 5 people. It was worth the extra money for the additional space and handling rougher conditions toward the end of the day. The process for renting was easy (mostly all done online) with some additional signed documentation required on the day of rental. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a beautiful day on the water and an overall great experience!

Great time , Michael was great after reading some reviews I was a little hesitant, but I could not have been happier with the boat and service received, I rented the smaller boat against the recommendation to get the larger one which at the end of the day regretted renting the smaller boat , still had a great time went north on the intercostal and stopped for lunch at one of the restaurants. The boat was very clean and had a Bluetooth radio hookup which was great . Would recommend to anyone I know and look forward to our next rental .

We arrived to get our boat only to find out I booked the wrong day. Michael was very accommodating and we got our boat right away. Michael also suggested that we let him fill up the gas at the end of our trip because he was less expensive than anywhere else and he was right. Had a great time riding around site seeing and snorkeling.

Amazing renting experience, Mark was fast at replying. His boats are in great condition and are easy to access. Went out with some friends and their daughter and ended up extending our rental from 4 hours to full day as it was such a nice boat and weather. Thank you Mark

Booked a boat for Fathers Day. Got an email and text on Friday night of Fathers Day weekend alerting me that my reservation had been cancelled due to a mechanical issue with the boat. I was told there was no way to have the boat fixed over the weekend. I called on Saturday morning and was petty much told the same thing. I was told they had no other boats available. I asked if they could recommend any other companies and they couldn't. I certainly understand these things happen, but I was amazed that they weren't able to fix the boat on a holiday weekend, and even more upset that they did absolutely nothing to help me get a boat from someplace else or was I even offered an opportunity to book again at a later date.

As i already said im sorry, but if you think you can get a mechanic on a weekend you're very wrong even if you cant get parts late night or weekends.
Its a boat and they brake down unexpected even if you maintain it well.
Thats why the trend goes to renting rather than owning. Costs are high.
If you review again and not just me please pt a little more consideration in your comments.

Fun time on a comfortable, clean, fully equipped boat. Highly recommend for a day on the intercoastal. Spring for the tube to tow behind. Loads of fun for kids and adults. We’ll use 100 Pro Boats again.

This was a super easy deal...great location, great service and a nice boat! This location is right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, but tucked away enough to make it super easy to get in and out. Great access to the intercoastal and all of the Fort Lauderdale water ways!

We had a great experience renting our small boat. Pro boats was professioNal and just as advertised. Went up and down the channels, looking at houses. Went out the ocean for a brief moment, but a little bumpy for the smaller boat we rented. There are no fast zones in the inter coastal but it was fine for us!

Boat was ready for us and clean when we arrived. Reminder was sent so we didn’t forget the day we reserved. They even sent parking recommendations to where we could park for free. That is a big deal in Ft Lauderdale! Boat ran flawless. Really didn’t care about the “sound system”, but I guess some people feel they need to annoy people who are living on the intercostal with loud music. Overall a great experience.

The boat was amazing. Very nice boat with a high output. The customer service is the reason the rating is so bad. Did not want to help with anything and just overall made the experience so much worse. Had a great time while we were out and enjoyed the water, just the customer service was horrible.
