Hello Gabriel, customer service to me is offering you a free upgrade of a $40 camera package at the first day and for a repeat customer a 50% discount on a second tour the next day which I have never done before, period.
We advise everyone to wear some sort of fabric on the tour to cover your stomach and chest area which you should have known from the previous day, however you ignored it, that was probably the reason your chest was hurting. Also, and this is very important, under NO circumstances did you advise our guide you were taken off the harness, this is not acceptable. You simply took it off and attached it yourself on the dive flag and the drag of the harness broke the flag, which caused the harness to get lost. My guide was not aware of it because you did not mentioned any of it. I should have charged you full price but wanted to give you a break. When you complained I even wanted to settle at $75 but you said I pay $100 or nothing. You even suggested to come once a month rather than paying for the belt. If you had such a horrible experience why would you even offer to come once a month, I wouldn’t! You simply refused to pay.
Gabriel if you take something off without letting anybody know, then put it on our equipment which then breaks we cannot let you go back and try to find the needle in the hey stack. This is open water, not the bathing area. The vehicles are battery operated and we are on a time schedule for each tour. If you run out of battery and you already lost the harness which means your are not connected to the seabob anymore you become a target for boats etc. and could possibly hurt yourself. That’s why we are in a group and everyone has to follow rules. Ultimately you not only brought yourself in danger but all participants. On a side note, the guests which paid our regular rate should not suffer from your behavior. It’s not all about Gabriel!
BTW Quote “I believe is uninsured” is this a joke!
