Great Ride and Would recommend again!

There are a lot of Jet Ski places in Fort Lauderdale, but I’m glad I chose Jet Ski FL. This was not a chain, but a business owned by a great guy. He owned and maintained the JetSki’s him self. He definitely was a bit abrasive at first which I didn’t care for. However, after I learned that he owned the business, I’m fine with his attitude. He has to deal with drunk people and kids who didn’t care.

I would recommend him anytime. The rental place is outside the back of the DoubleTree GalleryOne Hotel.

I would highly Recommend!!!!!

We had total FUN on the Jet Skis, such a blast!
Shantel with a sexy “S” is a great host and gave important instructions, LOVE her!
The jetskis were in great shape and worked to perfection.

I would recommend this activity to tourists and locals alike!
Thanks for a fantastic time! My family loved it😊

First off I wanted to reserve 5 Jet skies for 2 hours each! The rate on the website was $179 for 2 hours. That was on the website and on the printed materials. I was advised they were not doing the 2 hour price and I would need to book 2 one hour slots at $120 an hour. The owner had advised the booking person Jen she his was busy season and they were not honoring their advertised price. I should’ve taken that as a sign not to proceed but we had a large group and it was a special occasion so we proceeded with the booking.

The machines were old and we were limited to the inter coastal doing 2 mikes most of the time. Definitely a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Jen is very personable and great on the phone. To bad the product, service and experience was trash!

It took 47 minutes to check in for a one hour boat ride. They made us sign and initial more than 50 times. Ridiculous! They made us get on a scale to check our weight and asked 100 questions again and again! Absurd! Then the boat ride was more than 50% no wake zone. Complete waste of time and money

We purchased tickets for 9:30 jet ski. When we arrived to the place nobody was there and place was still closed . I tried to call the given number with no luck of somebody answering. Around 9:45 someone answer and told me they don’t have any reservations for 9:30 under our name and of course they were completely booked for the day.
We were told that the reservation which we made with TripAdvisor wouldn’t pass on the the vendor to the jet ski rental. Overall, we had a reservation, we payed but there wasn’t a spot for us. There is big lack of communication between TripAdvisor and the vendor.

That was really bad experience and we like to get our money back.

Please advise how we can get our money back.

What can I say, we have done Segway tours with Jonathan and now repeat jetski adventures/sightseeing! Amazing, professional, courteous, informative and a whole lot of fun. 10 out 10 recommendation for anyone/family looking to have a great experience in South Florida.

We were thrilled to ride jet skis during our vacation in Florida. We were unfamiliar with water based speed limits and the guides did not explain them at all. We were told that it takes 5-8 minutes to get from our loading area to the open water where you can ride without concern for speed. It actually takes 20-25 minutes if you follow the no wake/idle wake signs while on a jet ski.

Not only did we ride “full throttle” for less than 15 minutes of our 1 hour rental of 2 jet skis, but coming back we tried to go a little faster—to take maybe 15 minutes to get back and we’re pulled over by the police for speeding. The cops said that they have had multiple issues with this company. Do not recommend.
