The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money here, greyhound clearly does not care about making their customers happy. If you need them to change or exchange your tickets they are completely useless and all they care about is taking your money. My job rescheduled some things last minute and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make it to my bus or when I would be able to do so, so I called customer service to upgrade my tickets but like robots they just kept repeating to me that there is nothing they can do. I waited on hold for a supervisor for a half an hour just for him to tell me the same exact thing and not do anything about my situation. Now I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to move things around to make this trip work. Never again will I use greyhounds bus services.

It could be improved by taking some of the money their charging us to ride these buses to fix them!!! This is the 2nd bus I have been on where the power plug doesn't work and the air conditioner barely works. I have 7 hours on this bus to just get sweaty and sticky? What in the world is really going on here. Paid over $100 for my ticket and this is what I get??? The driver really needs to understand that this is not a school bus and he shouldn't talk to people as if they're incompetent. Smh just a all around bad trip.

Trip from Scranton to New York, January 24 2020, bus left about mid day. We stopped at Burger King to refresh and use the convenience. Freaking driver almost left me while I was in the bathroom. I practically had to run out hitting the bus!. He gave us 15mins break and I am pretty sure I didn’t overstay. Silly driver doesn’t care. I’m so pissed. If your drivers don’t care enough to be sure everyone who boarded from the bus station is on the bus then they should not be in business

Until today (11 January 2020) I was a big fan of the Greyhound bus. That’s because until today the drivers of buses travelling from Miami to Orlando, most recently,(12 December 2019) and from Miami to Key West ( 10 January 2020) were friendly, informative and precise. By this I mean that the drivers announced the itinerary, informed passengers of the upcoming stops ahead of time and also, announced at the offset when the only break would take place - at Burger King in Upper Matecumbe Key. Typically the bus stops here for 30 minutes but today our driver announced that the stop would be 20 minutes. I have noticed on some of the buses a sign requesting passengers to air their views of the drivers’ competence and attitude. I see no such sign so I should have my say anyway about the otherwise competent driver of the 8:30 bus from Key West to Miami. When the 20 minutes at Burger King were up, he drove, without checking whether all were aboard and a fellow passenger told me that she had more than once seen Greyhound bus drivers simply drive away from this stop, without a call, leaving passengers who ran after the bus to continue running. Because this Burger King has only two toilets; one for women, one for men it is not hard to understand why some passengers may need a couple extra minutes. Please Greyhound, do take this into account. in addition my fellow passenger told me that she had booked a ticket on a Greyhound bus with a toilet and was of course disappinted to discover that the 8:30 bus from Key West to Miami had no toilet. In addition, although she had booked and paid for a seat for her sister, who was unable to accompany her, her sister’s seat was occupied. Dear Greyhound, we understand that complaints and confusions abound but may I suggest that among the most pressing would be the urgent need to train your drivers in the gentle art of customer care.

My mom was coming from Tampa to Miami and the driver started saying that she was too sleepy to continue on the trip. She shared with the passengers that this was the first time she had taken that route as the driver that was scheduled had just quit. The trip took over 10 hours and before getting to Miami the driver stopped the bus and called her company to ask them to send another bus driver to continue the trip as she was too tired. I understand the human part of it but it is the company's full responsibility to assign a driver that knows the route and it's ready to take on the trip. Greyhound is putting in danger the passengers lives. The driver had no professionalism at all. She was rude to a lady that didnt speak English and called the police on her. These people should not work with human beings. Never again. Please consider spending a little more money on a reliable company that handles their business with care for their customers.
