We rode the electric scooters through this area, which was a blast. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and art studios to look at. The river walk area and surrounding neighborhood is also worth exploring. Friendly locals too

Off season is really slow. Thought there would be more to do. Ate at Piazza Italia and it was very good. Reception area was a little rough around the edges. But, service excellent and food delicious.

Many great restaurants and bars. The art galleries are very nice and there are some great shops. A nice morning or afternoon activity, Take your swimsuits and go to the beach afterwards.

We have stayed in the Fort Lauderdale beach area several times and the last visit decided to check out the Las Olas area due to reviews. We did not see much there and were not impressed.

This area was not at all what it is said to be. A few expensive stores spaced very far apart and a couple of restaurants. Just a lot of walking.
