We really liked this area of town. Many upscale shops and cool art galleries, plus lots of places to eat and have a drink. We were there during the week and had no problem finding parking, but I imagine it's a different story on the weekends.

Lots of great eateries, hotels, and shopping; reasonably priced. Classic laid-back Ft. Lauderdale beach vibe. A close walk to the ever growing downtown area. Ample parking, handicap friendly. Pet friendly outdoor eateries.

This is the heart of Fort Lauderdale's night life. During the day there are buskers and restaurants with great happy hour deals while you watch the Atlantic Ocean. At night, the music level goes up a bit with live music and festivities. There are plenty of options for either a drink, a meal, or just watching street dancers, live music... More

The opening of the new branch was yesterday, 8/25/2016 with big pomp and fanfare. The restaurant offered a 50% discount on the entire bill for that night. The restaurant had a Mexican band playing music all evening. It was a very unforgettable event. I enjoyed the food and the drinks at that special introduction rate. Would recommend it.

Born, raised and earned a living on Las Olas Boulevard so I may be a bit prejudiced, ....in a good way, about the Street. When I was younger, Las Olas was a wonderful shopping destination, sometimes referred to as the Worth Avenue of Ft. Lauderdale. As times changed and the Street evolved, we now have the makings of a very... More

Over priced shops and restaurants. Most places were empty and we saw most people eating on the beach boardwalk.

Great for blowing time before a dinner cruise. We walked along the beach popping in and out of shops. Some good people watching and drinking, restaurants, etc. The three tier beach front shopping area with Hooters, etc. needs some love and work but otherwise this area is nice to walk around and kill some time in.

I had heard so much about this area and arrived around lunch time. I felt it was more "business oriented". There were lots of realtors and businesses that were not shopping. We did enjoy a nice lunch at American Social but did not find lots of places for actual shopping. There also were many empty spots for lease. Since I... More

Great selection of restaurants from inexpensive to high-end. Check out Rocco's and YOLO. Lots of nightlife. Beautiful art galleries and clothing shops.
