I am a travel agent and I was in need of a bus to transport 38 people from the Miami airport to a hotel by the port of Miami. Dream Ride was the answer to everything that I needed. Took a Dreamride luxury party vehicle from home to Miami International for a vacation with friends. As always, Dreamride was early for our pickup, Our driver Dante was was excellent, handling our baggage and making certain that we were comfortable during the entire trip. The reservation process with DreamRide Luxury Transportation was excellent with Liz. I was impressed how she communicated all the details and options available to accommodate our family. She listened patiently and answered all my questions. Liz followed up prior to reservation date to ensure all details were correct and if changes had to be made she would take care of everything. Dantes was our driver who arrived on time, introduced himself to the family, set up the red carpet for ME the Birthday girl, adjusted my tiara , helped me into limo and off we went. Dantes knowledge of the area was incredible pointing out areas of interest to our out of State family members. He interacted with the entire family in a friendly, pleasant and professional manner. I booked the DreamRide Limo Bus for transportation to the airport for my 50th Birthday. It was AMAZING!! They showed up early, rolled out the red carpet and helped get the birthday celebration started! There was enough room for 12 adults and around 16 suitcases. I will definitely book them for another event. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
