Becky's New Car--total entertainment!!! We went with no expectations and left so pleased that we attended. Cynthia Riegler and the entire cast were energetic, professional and fun--with a bit of seriousness when appropriate. They stayed on stage and everyone could walk by and congratulate.

Nice presentation of Picnic by the Community Theater. Very small theater but comfortable seating. Tickets a little pricey for the venue. Limited facilities. Staff nice.

Was looking for something to do on a rainy night at beach and remembered that there was a play opening at this theater on Thursday night. Since it was opening night for "Picnic" parking was a bit of an issue but that was more than overcome by the fact I was able to buy one of the last available seats... More

The players were amazing. As a first time attendee, I was very impressed with the area, the building, the way everything was handled, and most of all the very talented cast. I will truly visit this theater again. The season tickets were not overly expensive, but I am just too far to justify. For now, the onesy-twosy plays will suffice.... More

Wow! Wow! Wow! We had traveled to Amelia a few months back to attend another production somewhere else and were less than impressed. So happy we returned to see I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at Amelia Community Theatre. IMPRESSIVE! The staging, the direction and the talent were outstanding. The theatre is beautiful! If we are coming to Amelia... More

My family and I take this cultural event in as often as is practical without actually being season ticket holders. Don't take that the wrong way (there is only so much community theatre one can take in a given year). The company includes devoted members, to be sure. The physical structure is superior to what you would expect to find... More

We were lucky enough to come across this delightful community theatre and catch the opening night of Inherit the Wind. The theatre is in the historic district, a few blocks off Centre Street. The performance was well done and, given its size, there isn't a bad seat in the house. Of particular note was the welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere.

The Amelia Community Theater is beautiful and comfortable inside and the performances are amazing! It's a draw not only for the local community but for visitors and those in the region. Hard to believe that it's a community theater experience, it's that great!

This is a great local Theatre, amazing for a small town to have not only a great new purpose built theatre, but local talent to produce some great plays. I have seen about 8 there now, and always an interesting and entertaining production, Just a few blocks from Centre street, so we enjoy a casual dinner out on the town... More

Over the last five years, have been to several Plays and Musicals at this theater, and as with any performances, some are great, others good, and a few bad. This is a new building with up-to-date seating and lighting. Wine can be purchased before and between acts. There is an art gallery in the lobby area that is interesting. Dress... More
