This tour is education and fun at a great price!

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide's knowledge of the history of the beautiful old homes of Amelia Island was fascinating! It made a believer out of me!

I was disappointed in this tour. The guide often got off the subject of the ghosts - such as talking about some of the local restaurants - which made the tour boring. Some of her history facts were incorrect. For example, she said the North had just as many slaves as the South at the beginning of the Civil War;... More

I had wanted to do a ghost tour since moving here. Diane's tour was great. She shared some of her personal experiences and how she was able to sense spirits. She knows a lot about the town and I was impressed with her access to some of the properties we walked right into the courtyards. The tour took about 2... More

Diane our tour guide is so knowledgeable. She has lived in the area over 40 years and knows all of the history of the spirits that are in Historic Amelia Island. On the tour I captured several ghosts in windows with my iPhone. I loved learning about the history of the homes and the stories of the people who lived... More

Diane was awesome! We learned a lot about the history of the area. Gorgeous homes and I'm pretty sure we saw one or two ghosts! Highly recommend - wonderful for older kids as well.

This is a tour for "believers" who want to see and take pictures of possible ghosts. I was looking for town history and good storytelling with a few chills but got very little of any. Our guide, while not an unkind person, was overtly Christian and used the tour to tell her personal experiences (over and over) of "sensing a... More

I admit to having specific likes regarding ghost tours: I vastly prefer lots of historical research done by the tour guide prior to the tour and less willingness to believe that any odd thing on a photo is paranormal in nature. This tour, while showing off many of the beautiful old houses in the area, was sorely lacking in research... More

When my girlfriend and I met Diane to start our Friday night ghost tour, she asked whether we believed. I admitted that I was a skeptic, but hey, anything can happen. Well, I can't say I walked away any more of a believer, except in Diane and her fantastic stories and history of Fernandina Beach. Wow! We learned so much... More

This was a fun walk with interesting stories, photographs. The concluding walk through the cemetery was a personal highlight, especially when we looked at our photographs later and saw orbs and unexplained flashes of light. Diane keeps things moving, mixing stories of the living with past inhabitants.

Loved this tour! Not only is this a phenomenal ghost tour but Diane's knowledge of the area and the history was top notch! We have done this tour twice. Each time we had a great experience and caught some cool images.
