Met Captain Wayne for a full day charter. We were targeting Snook and Reds. The bite was slow in the morning, but Capt. Wayne was persistent. If the fish were not biting in one place, or if the size was not sufficient, we moved to another spot. Finally after an afternoon of hard fishing, Capt. Wayne found that one spot where we were able to catch that trophy Snook as well as several nice Reds. It was truly a hunt. He gave us more than a full day with his top priority being us catching fish and having a great experience. If you want to fish the everlglades, he's the guy.

We went out with Wayne today on a full day fishing trip and couldn’t have had a better day. Wayne’s knowledge of the area and skill as a fisherman are second to none. He had us on fish all day long. We caught 11 different species of fish, and caught our limit of redfish and trout. I would highly recommend this trip and I can’t wait to come again. Wayne even hooked us up with a local restaurant who cooked up some of our daily catch. Perfect end to the day.

We had 2 great days fishing with Capt Wayne. Can't say enough about his knowledge of the area and his continuous effort to catch more fish and we caught plenty! He changed technique and location frequently to capitalize on the everchanging tide/wind conditions and maximize our harvest. Without a doubt he gave 110%. Awesome experience and highly reccomend. Bring your own reel oil😉
Thank you Capt Wayne!!

Great day of Fishing with Captain Wayne. I caught the first fish within 60 seconds of our first stop, the fishing was incredible the entire day. I highly recommend Captain Wayne for your next Charter.

Wayne has decades of experience. He’s highly knowledgeably, energetic and extremely hard working. He has more stories than ‘Carter has pills’, and no doubt, most of them are true:) We caught 20 different species of fish.
His flats-boat is suited to fishing near shore areas with no more than two fishermen. If you’re a hands-on person like me, you’ll have to get accustomed to not touching bait or fish.

It's hard to describe what an amazing day my 19 y/o son and I had with Captain Wayne. The wind was up and limited our options but he still put us on fish. He's very patient with clients who aren't regulars with the Everglades fishery. The conversation and stories alone were worth the "price of admission". "Captain Insane Wayne" is a one of a kind.

Started the day fishing for red fish. Caught 8 fish from 21 to 25 inches, then went fishing on wrecks. Found a school of pompano and caught 9. Would have caught more but jack and bluefish as well as a 15 pound shark were caught as well. We saw some permit but they were skittish. An 150 pound Goliath grouper took up residence directly below the boat for part of the time but we were able to keep our fish away. Captain Wayne was very helpful and is a great guide

Had an amazing time with Captain Wayne. Caught more fish than we could keep, enjoyed the beauty of the 10,000 islands, learned to be a better fisherman and had an overall great time hanging out with Wayne. I would recommend this experience to everybody!

Fishing with Captain WAYNE was a blast. He’s been fishing the Everglades for a bunch of years and he knows where to go and how to catch them. We had a great time and caught a bunch of fish. He told us where to take them to get them cooked and we took them there and they did a great job. My wife said he is a ruggedly handsome guy but I don’t see it. I highly recommend a trip with Captain WAYNE.

If you wanna catch fish Captain Wayne is second to none. Weather wasn't good and we had a different captain cancel on us. Thank god because we never would've met Wayne otherwise. There was never a dull moment. We caught a ton of sea trout, pompano, jacks and redfish including a 12 lb beauty Wayne hooked and immediately handed off to my wife, she was thrilled to say the least. You can not ask for a more entertaining and knowledgeable guide than Wayne and his boat and tackle are top notch as well. We kept a couple of reds and a sea trout with the intention of bringing them to Havana Cafe to be prepared for us instead Wayne invited us to his home and cooked for us. The guy grows his own avocados and made us delicious fresh guacamole to start and killer margaritas with homegrown limes and mango. I can honestly say it was the best meal we had all week. Thank you captain Wayne, you're not only a great captain but dare I say a great friend. God bless you and thank you for a special day.
