After meeting up at the boat we took a long boat ride to the location where the tarpon had been hanging out — nice to have a guide that knew where he wanted to go! Once we arrived to the location we saw tarpon rolling immediately. Captain Jesse made sure we knew that we had to “bow to the king” and then it was all about hooking up! We spent several hours casting and hooked into six fish (the largest of which was at least 150lbs). The tail-walking and jumping were insane! After we’d had our fill of tarpon fishing we stopped in the flats and limited out on spotted trout (had a great dinner of fresh fish that night)… Truly one of the best days on the water my wife and I had ever had and we can’t wait to go back.

Second time fishing with Captain Jesse. First was with my father and then came back two years later with my son. Both trips were great!!! Spent two days fishing this time: one day for trout on the edge of the Gulf and one day for Snook in the back country. No one knows the Glades and its fishing holes better than Captain Jesse. He is instructive, helpful, funny, diligent, and responsible. And, he has a great 22’ footer. I cant imagine anyone better for beginners or experts.

Great Day Booked a 3/4 day charter with Capt Jesse and had a great adventure with lots of action. From catching some bait to watching him work his net, then off for some Trout and trying to get them to the boat before a shark would grab them, got bit on almost every cast by something. Playing with the porpoise. Worked hard to put us on some Snook, tried couple techniques until we got on them, then some good battles. Wind picked up and he was very conscious to not beat us up with the waves. Tried for some red fish and ended up with more Snook and assorted other species. Great day Capt Jesse worked hard and did not take any short cuts keeping us in the action all day. End of the day Capt Jesse cleaned the fish we kept even made sure we had ice for our cooler to get them home. My next everglade fishing trip will be easier I will just call Outgoing Charters.

Capt. Jesse took me and my buddy for 3/4 day fishing in the Everglades backcountry. Weather forecast was marginal, and Capt. Jesse gave us honest and accurate info, with the option to reschedule. We decided to take our chances with the weather and ended up having an incredible day! Capt. Jesse put us on fish all day, while keeping us out of the wind as much as possible. The slow boat ride through one of the narrow creeks was worth the price of admission alone, and the ride back to the dock racing the incoming storm was an adventure to remember! A good variety of fish throughout the day, with snook action being non-stop at several places. Highly recommended!

Captain Jesse took us on the most kick ass charter today. 35” snook, 32” snook, 28” snook were the headlines. On a day that was “not supposed to be a good day”. We ended our trip by being escorted back to the marina by a pack of dolphins who rode our wake, and jumped and played. 100% top notch experience all the way around. Highly recommend Captain Jesse.
