All I can say is wow. Captain Glen knows what he’s doing- we left the dock at 6:30 in the morning and by 6:50 my rod was bent like never before. My first Tarpon I’ve ever caught, I landed that bad boy as well as some snook and red fish. I think some might call that a grand slam. I called it a fantastic day! Thanks Captain Glen. Will do this again for sure.

Captain Glenn is truly one of the best fisherman guides I have been with yet! He knows the area better than anyone and we had a remarkable time last weekend. Nonstop fishing action and had a great time doing it. You can't go wrong fishing with Captain Puopolo!

I have tried many different fishing guides over the past and I have to say the Captain G is the best. I had him take me and my girl out for a two day banger, and boy did he put us on the biggest Snook I've ever caught. Sun was shinning, waters were calm and by the end of the day, we were both tired from fighting all the Snook & Red Fish we could muster.
Thanks Captain G. Look forward to getting with you on our next trip on the water.

Capt. Glenn is the best guide I have had in saltwater ! I have used many guides over the years but Glenn can consistently put you on fish when others are striking out. Glenn makes every trip a blast and can fish the most shallow creeks for huge snook to tarpon hangouts and always trout and redfish ! I wouldn't spend my money on anyone else in that part of Florida !!

I hired Capt. Glenn Puopolo to guide me and my wife on an light tackle fishing trip in the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands. I've fished everywhere with all types of guides and I'd put Glenn up there with the best of the best. He knows the area, the fish, the techniques and he worked very hard to make us happy. We caught snook, redfish, triple tail and hooked a tarpon. I plan on using him again and recommend him highly.

We fished, or should I say "caught fish" for a full day with Capt Glenn. It seemed like non-stop action. The Everglades is an amazing place to see, and being able to fish here made the adventure even more fun. I highly recommend Capt Glenn.

After moving to CA I really missed the FL fishing. Came back for a trip with my friend whom I've been fishing with since the early 70's. Had never fished the 10,000 Islands before, very different than Miami / Keys. Got a referral for a guide who was booked during this week in May, but he recommended Captain Glenn Puopolo. Great day, he knows his stuff. Put me on a nice snook. Only later after thinking about: the bait he provided, rod he loaned me, and directions he gave me (before and after setting the hook) did I realize he practically caught the fish for me. Recommended.

I’m an avid angler and have fished with many guides all over the world. However, whenever I have guests down here in Florida, I always take them on a trip with the best guide I have ever fished with, i.e. Capt Glenn Puopolo. The man thinks like a fish and can get his boat into special places deep in the Ten Thousand Islands, where you will see no one else, and getting to which will turn your hair white. ( I guess that’s why there’s no one else fishing there.) But the fish !! So many and so large at those special spots. Like Florida fifty years ago. My guests always have a fantastic time and usually have to go to bed early that night. I have no hesitation recommending Capt Glenn to you, and would be willing to talk about him with you, if you would like. You can get my email from Capt Glenn. Regards, Bill Heaney

On a day when all the radio chatter was how tough fishing was we caught 9 different species with Capt Glenn Puopolo. We fished points, oyster bars, creeks, inside and out and caught fish everywhere. Best light tackle fishing I have ever had. I can't recommend Capt Puopolo high enough.

Capt Glenn is without doubt among the elite in this area. I have now tried a number of guides in the Ten Thousand Islands over a few years and I give each guide at least two tries. I have consistently caught and hit more fish in the first hour with Capt Glenn than on entire trips with all the other guides that I have used. He has the experience and knowledge to be able to deliver every time and an even temperament that can adjust to all abilities. If you are a serious fisherman then this is the guide to use without doubt. If you do not hit fish with Capt Glenn then quite simply the fish ain't biting and not even he can do anything about that. The plaque on his boat says "Guide not God" - that maybe the case - but on the sliding scale between the two he is closer to 'Fishing God' than most guides! I will be booking with him again, and again.
