Very knowledgeable staff, explaining not only the Everglades but also the history of them. They explained each island we passed and what would live on them. We saw lots of different birds but the highlight was the dolphins, which the Captain made sure we all got a good view off. Came away not only with some wonderful photos but had... More

We learned so much from the knowledgeable staff. My 3 kids enjoyed cruising around the Everglades, where we saw a stingray, manatees, dolphins, pelicans, and so many other birds. It was a wonderful trip. Just make sure you have polarized sunglasses, even for the kids - to spot wildlife underwater.

We thoroughly enjoyed our boat tour. There were only 5 of us on the boat, so that was nice. The captain was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and funny. We saw some wildlife, not a lot. We would have liked to have seen more, but hey ... its wild, not predictable. We did the mangrove tour, it was about... More

After some deliberation we decided to do these tours instead of the traditional airboat tours and SO glad we did. Did the Thousand Island tour with Capt Steve followed by the Mangrove Wilderness with Capt Bill. Both fantastically knowledgeable but really engaging and fun. Highlights were dolphins swimming in the boat wake, alligators and learning that raccoons could swim with... More

We went on a one and a half hour boat ride and were thrilled by all that we seen! We seen lots and lots of birds, racoons and fish. We even had dolphins playing in our boat's wake for a long time! We went early in the day and were really glad we did because the next boat out was... More

Since the only way to access Everglades National Park is via water, we selected the best possible company to provide this service. We chose the company who sells tickets on site at the Visitor's Center since many years we had used them before. They have a fleet of large pontoon craft piloted by knowledgeable licensed guides. We chose the tour... More

I went on both of the boat tours available. It is recommended to either call or book in advance as these tours book up fast. The 2 tours: 1. See Colourful Birdlife Cruise the Mangrove Wilderness of Florida's 10,000 Islands, 2. See the Mysterious Mangrove Wilderness of Florida's 10,000 Islands. On the 1st tour, we didn't see many animals -... More

We went on this boat tour with a group of about 15 people for my mother's 75th birthday and everyone had a great time. The crew were friendly. One negative they expect a tip at the end.

This boat trip offered through the National Park Service provider is well worth it. We saw dolphins, manatees, all kinds of birds and a nice tour of a very small portion of the Ten Thousand Islands. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They tailored the trip to whatever we came across to give us the best chances... More

We took this tour as it is the only company licensed to do boat excursions inside the National Park boundaries. The other airboat tours are more commercial and not bound by some of the park rules regarding conservation. The guide was interesting and informative and we spent a very peaceful hour or so touring through Everglades. Saw lots of wildlife... More
