I love this beach for it's ability to drive up to,park, and be right on the Gulf. It's a popular spot for tourists and locals. Plenty of eateries close by with entertainment as well. Yet it still maintains a quaint feel. Not overwhelming in size...More

The beach seems good. Wide, warm and inviting. The water is fairly brown and has been since the red tide. The red tide smell is gone. 👍 Pay to park. New pavement

Got it all, though nature is the real show. Not sure why paid parking is justified as the two other beaches on Manasota offer the same wonderful water and view.

I visited my Sister in Port Charlotte, Florida. She took me to Englewood Beach where we found so many many beautiful shells. It was so relaxing and beautiful. A great place to visit if you are ever in South Florida.

Our beach trip was fun untill the rain started. Beautiful area. Beautiful clean beach. We also love Siesta Key beach in Sarasota.

I was checking out the beach today to see how it is and if it is OK to go again so far so good the water quality isn’t what it should be in my book yet I will update again soon

This is a classic sandy beach on the gulf of Mexico. The water is warm and the beach is clean. They have charis to rent but you can bring your own.

All the beaches on Manisota Key are about the same except this one charges you to park. I prefer NOT to pay so I go to Manisota Beach. Plenty of free parking there and maybe even more beautiful!

We were going to go there today but red tide just north of there was terrible even though the site said slight red tide, had a hard time breathing.
