When we arrived, we had to wait at the window because the employee was watching cartoons on the computer! He was surly, not helpful and could have cared less about us. Second employee showed up with the tram to take us to the tubing launch. They posted a "Be back in 10 minutes" sign on the window while they were... More

We didn't have to wait in line. There were plenty of tubes available. We walked back from the tube exit, not far, but I was happy I had flip flops with me. We take ropes and a mesh bag with us so we can tie tubes together and our belongings to them.

This was a great way to go for us. Party of 4 that didn't want to be separated by kayaks. On premise; so no shuttle was needed only your legs to walk from the $2 entrance and a helpful friendly staff. The canoe for 4 drew us here and we couldn't be happier. In minutes we were off on our... More

This was my first trip to this beautiful springs and my last to this particular method for tubing if I can find another source. The lady selling the tickets was very rude, gave contrary directions, and seemed total incapable of handling what appeared to be some sort of emergency she was not directly involved in, and the refunding of fees... The whole experience was a mess. When we finally got to the right spot, it took almost an hour from parking to buying the ticket to the tram finally moving. The lady at the ticket counter is rude, and not knowledgeable at all. It started pouring down rain, which I was not mad at them about. Nobody controls the rain.... More

What a great group at Nature Quest! Today my family was stranded in Rainbow Springs Park. This was our first trip to Rainbow River, and we were not given adequate directions about the route from the staff at the KP Hole. Although it was not Nature Quest's responsibility to help us, Tram Driver Jim Free stepped in to save our... More

These people have a smooth operation and a beautiful attraction. The girl who got us set answered all of our questions with a smile, offered ideas, and was generally very on top of things (while she didn't have a line, I saw her diligently mopping the floor). The bathroom was also very well-kept. We arrived early on a weekday just... More

Great experience! Totally worth the money to float and relax. Jim, the tram driver, was especially awesome! Thanks for your help that day Jim!

My girlfriend and I loved everything about this place. The crystal clear river is filled with life and is so refreshing. While tubbing down the river, I dropped our phone into the water along with our keys... It's worth the $5 for them to keep your keys. Anyways, Margaret was amazing. She helped us find help and kept us hydrated.... More

Just got back from a tubing trip on the Rainbow River, via Nature Quest in Dunnellon. Everything about our excursion was terrific. We arrived at 8:15 on a Friday morning, paid $5.00/car to enter the state park and parked in an empty lot at the Nature Quest facility. Walked right up to the window and purchased our tickets ($15.00/each). The... More
