A great stop to gather Dunedin intel, you know, where to eat, etc. Friendliest people ever. Find literature or promo info on just about everything Dunedin. The museum has it all.

I enjoyed my time in the museum. The displays are interactive-such as the hand written (scanned) diary from the 1800s that allows you to go directly to the pages that relate to certain topics, such as animals and family.

Nice museum in the heart of downtown Dunedin. I went here for a video game exhibit and enjoyed it immensely.

Like history...be sure to stop here. The old station/museum is being restored and expanded. Stop here to get the flavor of Dunedin (old and new) and to see the city's origins.

Per the website it costs $3, open Tues-Sat 10-4. If you're thinking of going during a holiday or such, probably wouldn't hurt to give them a call to confirm. Go to the home > contact us page on their museum home page.
