We can't say enough about how much fun we had on our trip. We have two kids, ages 4 and 7, and Jared was amazing with them. We did a morning fishing trip but with flexibility on departure times to accommodate our kiddos. Jared put us on the fish within the first 20 minutes or so. The kids actually got a little tired of constantly catching fish. Our 7 year old reeled in probably 10 trout and a couple of lady fish, while our 4 year old mostly just played with the bait. I pulled in a shark, which was such an awesome experience. We all had a solid hour at least of just constant action. When the kids got a little bored, Jared took us to a little sand island so the kids could swim and collect shells. Then we went back out to see if my husband could catch a shark as well. He got close and had one on the hook, but I guess we'll have to come back again to try another time! Jared gave us a great experience out on the water with the fishing and wildlife (dolphins, sting rays, sharks). For anyone looking for a fishing trip that's good for kids too, Jared is your guy. We had an absolute blast!

Wow wow wow. Captain Jared told us we'd be able to catch some fish, but we had no idea! We went out on a beautiful October morning for a 1/2 day inshore fishing charter. Jared picked us up in Dunedin at the marina, which was incredibly convenient for us. Within minutes, Jared had us on the fish. He knows this area well (he grew up on these waters) and that became obvious very fast.
If you want to catch the fish, this is your guy. We caught (too many to count) snook, redfish, trout, mangrove snapper, barracuda, flounder and Spanish mackerel. Most, we caught and released, but Jared fileted the flounder out for us and was able to recommend a local place that would prepare it for us.
The cost of the trip made this a treat for us, but it was well worth every penny. We had an incredible morning on the water and made memories that will last us a lifetime. Needless to say, Jared will be seeing our faces again and I can't wait! Make the call. You will not be disappointed.

Captain Jared is not only an excellent captain but also a very cool guy. We hit up the snapper early to get dinner the we went out to look for some fighting fun. Wel boy did we ever find it. We got on a school of redfish and literally probably caught 20. My arm was tired from teeing at the end of the day. At one point we could get all the lines in the water because we were repairing as we were getting hits. It was awesome. Would recommend without reservations. Can’t wait fish down here again, it has yet to disappoint me!!!

Had a great afternoon trip fishing with capt jared. On a day where everyone else had a difficult bite, we were on them for the entire trip. Caught the trifecta of speckled trout, redfish and snook. Gear was in great shape, boat was very comfortable and captain knew what he was doing.

Jared put us right on the fish. Our bait was not in the water less than two seconds before we would get a hit. We caught trout, lady fish, snook and Some Jack Crevalle The Jacks were so fun to fight!! I am definitely going back out with him and would highly recommend him!

My wife and I took our three kids out fishing. We were quoted $700 for a four hour trip which seemed to be the going rate. So I booked it online and paid the $300 deposit. We had a great time fishing but we only had three active fishing poles going at any given time. The captian seemed great and it was a fun experience. Once the trip was over, I was told that I owed another $600 on top of the deposit that was already paid. Which made the trip $900. I tried telling him that I was quoted $700 but he referred me to the website which said $600 for two people and an additional $100 per person. But we didn’t take five full grown adults that were fishing off their own poles. I was helping my six year old daughter fish half the time and the other half, she was sitting down and done fishing. My wife was watching me and my two sons (15 and 8). She would use my pole every once in a while. It just wasn’t worth the price.

It was a great afternoon. My Dad, two daughters and I went for salt water fishing for the first time. Jared put us on fish and caught some speckled trout, jack, Redfish, and lots of snook. At one time, we were catching one fish right after another. Will do it again next year! Thanks Jared. You did well.

Our charter with Capt. Jared was amazing! We wanted not only a great fishing experience but a Captain that would be informative and fun, that was definitely Capt. Jared. We have 3 boys and he was so good with them, showing and explaining what he was doing. He obviously has a lot of experience. Thank you for the memories!

My brother and I did the 4 hour fishing trip and had a blast. Capt Jared was awesome really working to get us on fish give us some tips and was just a great guide. We absolutely would recommend booking with Capt. Jared and we will be going out fishing with him again!

Capt. Jared is one of the best guides in FL waters, top notch all the way and would highly recommend him for 1/2 day or full day charters. This is my 7th trip w him!!

Can I join a group? How much for one person for half day

You would need to contact Capt Jared if he had any parties you could join. We had 3 people and he charged $450 for 4 hours. It was definitely worth it. We caught out the limit of trout and Redfish, and more we put back.
