We had the pleasure of going fishing with Captain Matt yesterday. My My father, myself, and 4 of my nephews had an unforgettable experience. Matt was very informative as well as patient throughout the trip. He worked extremely hard to make sure everyone was able to make the most of the experience. We caught a bunch of fish! Matt graciously took pictures throughout the day, I would recommend anyone wanting an ocean fishing experience to contact Captain Matt.

We had a very enjoyable day on the Gulf with Captain Matt and First Mate Matthew. They are a patient, kind, hardworking team and family.
Despite a relatively tough bite, more than a few missed hook-ups, and two young, first-time, offshore fisher people in our party of four, the crew was steadfast and did their best to put us in a position to have a fun day on the Gulf catching fish. Our 14 year old daughter and 10 year old son were very impressed and can't wait to return.
Captain Matt was quick to relocate when the bite slowed and pit us on a handful of snapper species and several other sport fish. It's hard to explain how generous he was with his time and how much I could appreciate that he wanted our crew to have a great day on the water.
Thanks again to the Captain Matt and Matthew for a beautiful day off the Destin coast and the smiles and good memories for our family.

Just got back from another great trip with Capt Matt and mate Matthew. As always Matt makes the trip fun, besides the fun of catching a bunch of fish.
This last trip 4 of us easily hit our red snapper limits, then caught mangrove & lane snapper. We went to 3 different sites on a 4 hour trip and were busy fishing the entire time.
If getting as much fishing in is important these are the guys. Bait your hook, take a catch off and get your hook rebaited just like that.
The boat is larger than most, is comfortable and Capt Matt plays great music on the way out and back in.
And to top it off he filets and bags your catch once back to land. Can't say what a huge bonus that is. Who wants to deal with fileting fish while on vacation.

My son and I had an excellent experience fishing with Captain Matt. We were catching a variety of fish all day, including one 200 pound Shark! We can’t wait to get back out on his beautiful boat again soon. I would highly recommend fishing with Captain Matt!

I’ve been doing deep sea fishing for over 20 years and I’d have to say that this is truly one of the best trips I’ve ever done. Captain Matt is a lot of fun and is well skilled in hooking you up on fish if they’re biting. We limited out on king mackerel and triggers, caught red snappers but they were out of season and maybe would have landed a nice grouper if I could have managed to get him off the bottom. Lol! Highly recommend Captain Matt!

We would definitely use this fishing charter again. Captain Matt was wonderful keeping our lines full of bait and relocating when the fish biting slowed. We were able to catch fish all day long and had a blast. He plays great music and also helped out with photos to capture our day. Everyone on in the group had a blast! Recommend a million times over!

Non stop fun. Very knowledgeable. We had a fish fry after and everyone in our party said best they’ve ever had. :-). I would def recommend going on this charter if you’re looking for someone that knows their stuff, has nice equipment, great staff, and will put your in the best position to have a very fun successful day.

Captain Matt was amazing!! He put is on the fish all day long. Me and my dad was experienced but my two sons was not. He made sure they was Very educated about how to fish. I highly recommend him for experienced and non experienced anglers. Thank you so much for the trip.

Captain Matt made our trip amazing! From the music to being funny and so laid back, he was a fantastic choice for us! He was very attentive, polite and patient. We caught several Red Snapper, some Trigger Fish and Skamp Grouper. We will definitely book with Captain Matt the next time we come down! We definitely recommend Destin Go Fishing!

We went yesterday August 15, 2022. I’ve been on several fishing trips and this one was the best. Will definitely be booking again for next year. Caught lots of fish, but even if we hadn’t the Captain made the experience great.
