Henderson Beach State Park it our favorite place. It is not popular with the vacation groups because you have to pay to get in and no vendors. We like to take our lunch and enjoy the scenery or enjoy the beach.

The beach is beautiful. It was a very enjoyable stroll on the beach . We loved the white sand and blue water.

We stayed in a rv at this state park and it is now one of our favorites! Clean, large rest rooms, clean and beautiful park, beach is within walking distance and gorgeous! We love this park and will definitely be back! The sites are large and spaced out. We rented a golf cart which I would recommend to drive around... More

This is by far our favorite beach, it's always so nice and clean and not near as crowded as the other beaches in the area!

You could see buildings from it. Not secluded at all. the playground needs to be fixed. The middle pole of the swings is sinking and there is no shade. Why would anyone put their toddler to burn in that swing in the hot sun. The facilities were nice. Pavilions, showers, restrooms. The beach was beautiful but the water was saturated... More

White sand beach was very nice. Restrooms, along with parking close to beach. Fee to get into the park was worth the scenery and the water was crystal clear. Walmart across the street so I recommend stopping for drinks, snacks and water toys prior.

We had spent the previous day at Navarre beach which is also pretty but does not compare to Henderson State Park beach. Beaches are perfect powder white sand. Very clean restrooms. Even though Walmart is right across the street, this beach feels as if it is a remote location.

We love this beach, it is very clean and the sand is soft and white. It cost 6$ to get in and the pass last all day (you can come and go as needed). The scenery is great for family pictures. Worth the visit!!!

Guys. This place is gorgeous! We were there early-ish on a weekday morning. Got there around 9am with three children in tow. The place was empty. Maybe three other cars in the far lot that we were parked in. The facilities are super nice and the boardwalks were very well kept. You do have to pay 6 bucks a car... More

This beach is The Real Florida, you must go and experience this beautiful sanctuary beach for its pristine sand, beautiful emerald waters and serenity and exclusivity, it is so worth 6 dollars per vehicle to enjoy privacy and easy parking! My fav spot to visit beach here in Destin..
