Excellent experience. We rented a pontoon boat for the full day rental. The staff was very nice to our party and took care of all of our belongings by wheeling them down to the boat for us on a cart. We originally were only able to get a half day rental as the full days were all booked up. To my surprise, the staff called me the day prior to let us know that they had an opening to upgrade to a full day rental, so we took it. I brought my son and 5 of his friends all recent grads of 2020 and they had a blast. The only issue I would correct would be to add a second anchor so the boat can be anchored off the bow and the stern as they are heavy boats and there is quite a current where we took the boat and the boat did not want to stay put, even as I am an experienced boater and know how to "Set the Anchor" and use it to its full capability. Overall a fabulous day out on the water with gas included in the purchase price. Five star staff at Wet N Wild.

We had a blast. The guys who took us out were friendly, professional and laid back. The way the flyers were dunked with precision was a good indication of the skill they have. We paid the $25 for the picture package and got over 100 pictures. Great deal.

We went parasailing with Captain Dave and Brandon. They were professional, safe, efficient, and appropriately interactive with all of the guests (5 groups). The boat and equipment were all well-maintained and everyone (mostly first-timers) had a fantastic time. I’d highly recommend this outfit to anyone wanting to parasail in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area - smile, enjoy the ride, enjoy the music and tip the guys for making it possible for you to “fly”

I felt rushed while filling out and signing paperwork because they had my time starting before I even had orientation. At first I thought the guys that did orientation was cool, but later found out that he left out the most important instructions which were how to recover the motorcraft after it flips. Unfortunately, one of the riders I was with flipped and we had no idea how to flip it back over. I had to ride back to the location to get help. Once we returned the guys talked about how they had just put that jet ski back on the water and them proceeded to tell me that they were keeping my deposit because the jet ski was ruined. Every person I've talked to and all my research shows that water in the engine does not ruin the jet ski.

The lady that was assigned to tell me that they were keeping my deposit, was very rude and condescending. They also conspired to lie about the entire situation. The young guy that did the orientation said he went over how to recover it. We had 2 adults over 40 and 3 teenagers 14+. After recovering my phone I googled how to flip and the instructions were dumb simple. If we had been told how to do it, we would have been able to. After the lying, I honestly feel like they scammed me out of my $500. When I asked to speak to an owner. I was denied that right. When I asked for the young guys name for reference I was not only denied that, but the very rude lady insinuated that myself and my family would come back and harm him. I'm not one to pull the race card, but I 100% feel that was a racist comment and she only said it because we were black. Not once, was anyone from our party aggressive.

The staff was friendly enough. The facility needs a lot of maintenance. The pontoon boat they gave us was in very bad shape while we noticed they had several new boats not in use. They let us leave the dock without any life jackets or anchor - we had to call them to bring them to us when we got out to the bay. I just feel that for the $400 price tag for 4 hours we should have had a much better experience.

We book a boat for parasailing with 6 flyers and 2 observers. The website says $500 is a private boat out total came up to a little over $500. Upon arrival the lady tells us it’s 600 plus tax. We had pre paid so basically we owe them MORE money unless we are ok with them shoving 4 more people on a boat with us.

After we hash out this whole thing they then tell us we have to reschedule because of the cloud covering. We leave and decide to schedule the next day. When we call they tell us that whole day is booked and rescheduled us for the following day... long story short we never went parasailing. They called us before we actually made it there THIS TIME and told us the wind was too strong. They offered us nothing for the inconvenience, and didn’t even seem to care that our family of 8 who pre paid never got what we paid for.

BEAWARE of this company!! I booked this company not doing my research, unfortunately, and was robbed and disrespected in front of my 4 children by "RACHEL" this week. I have the entire incident on video authorities were called and report was taken. I booked for 6 jet skiers 4 minors, and 2 adults signed all 6 wavers online. When I came the day of Rachel greeted me very nasty laughing telling me I paid 1,000 for 2 skis as the 4 minors couldn't ride telling me I should've paid only 300 but since their website is misleading I can't get a refund, when I kindly asked to speak to the owner and or have their name she stated " it's public information go find it yourself" after pleading with her to just refund me the difference and or let me speak to the owner she told me that we were NO longer riding the tour and to get off the property I explained to her that I paid so you either allow me to ride with my family or refund me she declined both. Travis, the owner, never came to the property, nor did he reach out to try and resolve this matter. Even the authorities stated, "This is terrible customer service," and were very apologetic as we are vacationers with children who were visibly upset. PLEASE, I beg you, do your research.

I tried to book a parasailing ride for 3, myself, my sister and my grandson. They only had enough room for 2. I asked if I could ride along to experience it with them. I explained that my sister had gotten a rare side effect from covid and was given 8 months which 7 had passed and we wanted to make as many memories as possible. I'm from Ohio and my grandson and I flew down to visit her and could only spend 4 days with her. I also told them I wanted to buy 2 SD cards of them and would pay in advance. They still had no room on the boat when we got there. My grandson backed out of it so my sister went alone. They didn't take take any pics because my sister said she didn't want them since it was just her. When they got back, I asked them if I could get a refund or at least half since my grandson wouldn't go up and they said no. I called the next morning to see if my sister n I could do it before our plane trip home they said no because the didn't have enough people booked for a trip. I understand its a business but you would think they'd have a heart and give in just a little. I don't recommend them for this reason.

After a wait getting everyone signed in, we were off on hen jet skis. All I saw were young people/ teenagers running the show. I thought there would be more of a “tour guide” thing happening, like on the boats that do the dolphin tours. But our guide was young and not much personality. Which you don’t really need because once you’re out on the water you can’t hear anything anyway. My 46 year old husband had an absolute blast going full throttle. Me not as much, as I was mostly hanging on to the straps for dear life the entire time and that made my hands hurt pretty quickly. We were pretty sore afterward, kind of like after riding a horse. We saw no dolphins or wild life. We had a 30 minute idle time as someone else’s jet ski died out by the bridge. I’m glad I can say I have ridden jet skis but I’m not a daredevil type person so I probably wouldn’t do it again. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people on a jet ski at a time.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The only upside was that the wave runners we rented were in good shape. We paid for a guided tour to see dolphins and Crab Island. The tour guide was incredibly disappointing. The only communication from the tour guide was at the beginning when he literally told a group of nearly 16 people to "try to keep up". He then sped off leaving several behind which required sitting and waiting. We did not see dolphins. That is understandable as they are unpredictable wild animals. We did a brief drive by of Crab Island but were not allowed to stop at all and then were back at the facility. Most of the trip was spent either trying to keep up at high speeds or idling to wait for those left behind. I expressed my disappointment to the manager who displayed terrible customer service. I would not rent from this company again.
