What a fantastic crew! Our captain greeted us as we walked up to the boat, and it was smooth sailing from the time we departed to the time we returned to the dock. He gave great info on all of Destin Harbor and even spent extra time on our sunset cruise to give us time to check out the dolphins. Highly recommend the sunset cruise, it was a 2 hr ride, the boat has a glass bottom which makes for a great view as well. Very moderately priced for the experience- our adult son & teenage daughter each had a great time. This is an all ages experience, be aware there are no changing tables for smaller kids, but with a 2 hr window, even a little one can enjoy the trip. Bring cash for tips, I wish I would have known that prior, but we did tip at the bar area as they do have drinks and snacks for pretty good prices.

We are repeat customers for a reason! They are the closest of all the rental places to Crab Island! We rented pontoons and jet skis this trip and it was worth every minute. The pontoon had a 60 hp which is better then the other competitors that give you a slow 40 hp. Jet skis and pontoon go about 40-45 mph depending on how many ppl you have in the group. Love the surround sound speakers that hook up to your iphone with Bluetooth. They have the best prices and the best vehicles. Thanks again for the returning customer discount! We met the manager too and he was amazing.

I can't say enough good things about John, the mechanic at Boogies Watersports! This guy is a genius when it comes to Yamaha WaveRunners. Boogies is incredibly lucky to have him on their team.
John's knowledge and expertise are second to none. He not only fixes my WaveRunner with precision and efficiency but also takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understand what was done and how to maintain it properly.

Capt Scott met us at boarding and crew mates Justin and Matt took care of us the whole time! The boat was easy to find, easy to board and very clean. Snack bar was very reasonably priced with beer and wine options too! The crystal clear sound system played music and had Capt’s narration. My 8yr old had a blast and we cannot wait to go back!

The location, close to Crab Island is great. Staff including manager Johnny Parker went the extra mile to make the rental experience a great one. A new fleet of high quality boats, comfortable and safe. You'll be glad you booker with them. Bob H

Amy booked our trip on the pontoon boat. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly. We always have a good time renting from Boogies, always a great time and never any problems with the pontoons. The guys that help you on and off the boat are always courteous and very helpful. Boogies is by far the best pontoon boat rental in Destin!

I’ve rented pontoon boats from multiple places in Destin, and Boogies is by far the best. From the boats being very clean and nice to the great customer service from the employees!! It is all around the best, and Aubrey saved us a lot of time by calling us a few days before and letting us know we could do our waivers online! Thank you to all for the great service!

Just wanted to comment on the booking experience even before we take our pontoon trip. “Brighton” was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about rentals available and was patient and friendly. If the rental experience is anything like the booking experience, due to Brighton’s help, my family will have a great trip!

To start, you have to pay $20 for parking per vehicle to attend the boat tour which should be communicated better and before the “confirmation email” as I was informed. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour but only lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. There is no glass bottom, only windows below the surface of the water in which there was no visibility. We did see dolphins; but honestly, getting to see them on jet skis was way more fun and interactive than this boat tour. I went with my wife and 3 older girls, and this is definitely more geared towards parents with young children. When you are honestly glad that the event you paid for is 30 minutes shorter that advertised, there is a problem. We will not ever go back and will definitely not refer anyone. The Captain however was very pleasant and the only reason for 1 stars instead of 0.

HORRIBLE! Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced while on vacation. Started by we reserved for 10 parasailing passengers yesterday afternoon, well as life happens over night we had two passengers have an emergency and left home early but when we got to the window to confirm booking the employee insisted we had to pay for the 2 absent family members, which was $200. when we made reservations nothing was explained to us that was their policy or documented anywhere. When I left my card info I asked why it was needed employee just stated “oh to hold reservations but we won’t charge you” so I was like ok. Than we make our way to the boat for excursion and the bad morning became worst.. The captain we had he must not enjoy his job! First he was very rude, he started off raising his voice when we tried to explain that one of our passengers was just coming along to be a spectator and the captain insisted that he needed a waiver when the lady at the window stated he didn’t need one. After all that was cleared he continued to curse using profanity while we all sat in shock and disbelief. He than asked to be cleared to take off and whom ever was on the other side said “no wait 5 mins” he replied “are you F**** kidding me” she than laughed and said “no go ahead” he said “it’s about F*** time” the young man who was assisting him was nice and politely gave us instructions. We kindly asked can you please not dip us in the water ( as it was explained to us that it was our preference) this was our last excursion before heading to airport… well the “nice” captain that he was didn’t do as we asked and dip all of us in the water so as we sat in the boat soaking wet and we all got our turn he drove us back to the dock and once we got there captain didn’t say anything and walked off. Well we sat dripping wet until a shop opened in an hour and pay for extra clothes we didn’t plan to buy. I went back to purchase window and spoke with Kaley and explained to her what was our awful experience she stated leave me your name and number and I will have my manager call you. Well 24hrs later no phone call. So beware and ask all the questions before you pay.

Your advertising says you have wider pontoon ladders, but when I called the girl said she didn’t know. I need a pontoon with a wider and sturdy ladder so it’s easier to get back in the boat. Want to rent this week if you can clarify. Thanks!

They charge by the hour. One jet ski for two people is $80, but you have to have a permit to use. If you don't have one they can give it to you for $3. You read the guidelines then take a 25 question test.

They had frozen mixed drinks, regular drinks and chips. I think the mixed drinks were $5. Regular drinks and chips were $2.
