This was the worst shellac/gel manicure I've ever gotten. It was with Tami (who is really Jennifer but because they have two Jennifer's there, they changed her name). From the first nail she did, she started using the acetone brush to take off the excess from my skin. She did this with almost all my nails. She was picking at my cuticles AFTER putting nail polish on because she didn't clean them properly before applying the polish. Then she blamed me because 'my skin grows on my nails'. I've been getting gel on my nails for years and this is the first I've heard of that. She took forever to apply the polish. Then, I had to ask her to redo 2 of my nails that were a mess. Actually, they were all a mess, but 2 were completely a disaster. When I told her I was unhappy with the result, she blamed the brand of nail polish (DC) and told me to ask for OPI next time. It would have been nice if she gave me this tip two hours earlier, when I sat down for my manicure. Also, she cut me when she was trying to clean my cuticle the second time she was polishing one of my nails. When I got home, I noticed the top edges were rough and I had to file them! I don't expect it will last more than a few days before it lifts. I have attached photos. She checked me out at the cash, even though she knew I was not happy, so there was no one to complain to.

April's been doing my pedicure for years. She's great. She suggested and put these curve correct things on my ingrown toenails and now they're gone. No more pain! Im also type 1 diabetic and she's very careful. Best pedicure in town!

I have bee going to Venetian Nail spa for 2 years now and I think they do a great job. I am always in and out fast and my manicures with NextGen last up to 3-4 weeks. I never have to wait, everything is sterilized and clean with friendly service. Its better than the Venetian on Military in Boca

This was my first visit and I am a tourist here. The place is easy to find, lovely, super clean and offers an extensive menu of services. The nail aesthetician, Julie, was experienced, professional and friendly. She did an excellent job. Also, the choice of nail colors and products was good. The only criticism I have is that the reception staff was unfriendly and pushy. They were like that coming and going, as if they were doing me a favor. I arrived on time and they rushed me to pick out a nail color. I mentioned that I needed to use the ladies room and they insisted I select a color, so I did immediately. I returned and they directed me in the direction of the manicurist. Again, I asked about the ladies room and I asked if they could please hold onto the polish til I returned. The reception was annoyed. Oh well. I think they could use some training.
