We love walking through the Grove and visiting the galleries and restaurants here-- very eclectic and comfortable place to spend a few hours when in the Delray Beach/Atlantic Ave area.

Never a dull moment in Pineapple Grove. So many local shops (not chain stores) and restaurants you need a week to take it all in. Lots of activity and nightlife. Minutes from the beach. It's well lit and felt very safe. Can't wait to come...More

Pineapple Grove is a nice gallery, parking, a good staff, well maintained. I think most of the customers are from out of town.

Seriously; nothing to see here. Some vacant buildings, residential homes; a nice neighborhood but not an attraction.

Everyone told us to check out Pineapple Grove. So we did. There were two small streets of a few shops and restaurants. The appeal is the beautiful housing so close to the beach. If you are moving to Delray- definitely check it out. Otherwise, find...More

Well you can’t come to Delray Beach and not spend a fair amount of time in this cool part of town. The restaurant and arts scene will keep you interested, busy and full while you are here.

One's time would be better spent going to the Murikami museum. This area is nice but has a lot of empty buildings and not much in the way of art.

There isn't a lot to see here but the area does continue to grow which is great. A very nice walk off Atlantic Avenue where its always nice to get off the beaten path!

This is a great area to walk around in, and I’d suggest you wander about the shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants. Check out the operating times for the galleries, as they differ, and we missed going in many of them as a result. Regardless, this...More

Pineapple grove is a street featuring excellent restaurants, shops and art galleries. It has a charm of its own and hasn’t become commercial as has Atlantic Avenue.

Pet-Friendly Tourist Attractions from TripAdvisor? (2 Replies)
We are going to spend two full weeks in Delray at the end of this month (February), and we are taking our puppy with us. The following are taken from Trip Advisor's "Things to Do in Delray Beach," with the ranked order (e.g. Wakodatchee is ranked number one.) Do any members of this community know which of these are pet-friendly? (Any suggested additions?) Many Thanks, Much Appreciated, Fredda/Julian/Penelope 1. Wakodahatchee Wetlands 2. if you have the list, perhaps a few minutes googling the websites of the actual attractions would possibly yield the answers you seek. Shopping districts are usually pet-friendly, athough stores may or may not be. Restaurants are only pet-friendly if they have an outdoor deck -- and allowing pets is at the sole discretion of the restaurant owner/manager. Outdoor parks are rarely pet--friendly -- the wildlife overrules the domesticated life almost everywhere. Anything not in those...More
