UPDATE: We ended up cutting 3 slices of the cake, and were kicked out by the manager who called the police to have us escorted out.. Ruining an 9year old little girls birthday.. The manager would not even try to give us a discount or let us use a room to spend 5 minutes to cut a cake. The cops that escorted us were upset about being called for such a stupid and petty thing.. They said this is not the first time this has happened, the last call they had at this place turned into a physical altercation with family and staff. Manager on duty was super rude, and could care less about keeping customers who spend over 700$ in tickets, food, beer and soda happy. Absolutely the worse customer I have ever experience in my life. We requested to speak to the owner which we were denied information on. Came here for nieces birthday. Spent over 700$ combined between all family we brought our own cake and we were told we could not cut the cake unless we paid 100$ an hour to rent a room. Manager was not willing to work with us, even asking for full refund he did not care. The worse possible customer service. To add to this they have a bunch of young teenage kids running the rope courses who have no idea about safety. I'm surprised more people aren't injured here. All the attractions are piled up 1 next to the other barely place to walk. I would stay far away from this place. And I'll be sure to share with all my friends on what a rip off this place is.

I’m 27 and had a great time with my younger sister!! I had trapeze, 360* rides, and rock climbing wall. I’ve taken flying trapeze classes so I expected them to be a breeze but they were both way harder than I expected. It took several attempts for me to conquer them. My hands and knees are tore up but I loved it. The rock climbing walls were really neat too. Some standard options and then some unique ones!! The churros were tasty too! The park definitely wasn’t empty but we hardly waited to do any of the attractions.

We came on a Sunday. We were here right when they opened. The girls had the whole place to themselves for about 45mins. When people started showing up the criwd was still minimal. Everything from the obstacle coarses to the couches were worn down but the kids had a blast. It was a bit dirty. I'm assuming from the previous day but the staff was cleaning as they were coming in. Yes the staff is young, highschool kids, but they were very helpful and interacted with the kids. Its not as big as Extreme but they have a lot to do.If your one of those parents who wants their kids to play in a bubble, who expects EVERYTHING to look brand new, and staff to always be in your face then stay home. We came here for the kids to burn some energy not for decor. And they did just that. Oh, and for those parents who need a mommy juice to get them throught the day, they have it 😁
