In Florida (from NYC) for the weekend and this place could not have been more fun. The kids did not stop. And they were exhausted when we left. Plenty of places for adults to sit around and watch or not. We tried none of the food here as it looked gross and that's not why we came. My 11 yr old son is still talking about this place months later, about how fun it was -- it was practically life-altering for him; he expanded himself and took risks and went beyond his comfort zone. We were there for 5 hours and he still didn;t want to leave when it was time to go. Love. This. Place.

the place is absolutely amazing if you want to spend a few hours, indoors and get your kids to burn TONS of energy.
we were there for about 4 or so hours and the kids wanted more! the attractions are great. pure clean fun! even for grown ups its fun if you dare! this was our first time there and it has been put on our top 10 for our next visit!

It was really Really Fun. The Rope Course and Dodgebal were my Favorites. It does cost a lot the do do all Attractions.

Horrible experience. Planet Air sounds like a place your kids will not want to miss. Unfortunately, it is way overpriced, they do not have enough staff, and the owner is very unprofessional and seems to have very little tolerance for children. My experience began witnessing the owner yelling at some of the children for running on the huge trampoline. The rule is no running on a trampoline at all. Really?? My kids and their friends had to wait in line for 40 minutes to go on the bungee because the facility had one staff member running two attractions at the same time. We decided to wait to go on one more attraction before lunch since the line to get food was so ridiculously long. The kids were very hungry so one adult waited in line to get lunch. No exaggeration, it took 30 minutes just to get our order taken. I asked to speak with the owner and I was told he was not there. When I went to another staff member to ask again, she pointed to the person whom I was speaking with in the first place. To make a longer story short. It took an hour to get my food for my children. When I made a remark to the owner, he took the food away from me (it was already paid for). When I went to get my food back from the owner, he punched my head two times, and twisted my arm and left a bruise. This was all in front of a huge crowd of children and adults!!! Several people left after that. In fact, the line for food disappeared along with the owner. I can go on and on but I think this is a good enough reason to NEVER return to this place!!! Though I may have been out of line to reach for my food, an owner of a kids facility should NEVER hit a customer or a woman or anybody else unless it is self defense.

Over the spring break we took the kids after researching places to go. This looked great as there was also a playground area for young children while the older children did zip lining and trampolining. Well guess again, we wait InLine for an hour, pay and then go in to the activities And there is no area for my friends two year old. No playground at all. They removed it. Online it showed a huge play area with balls and younger fun. The owner/ manager was rude and told us to sit her daughter down on the couches and don't let her move as she must NOT go near anything!! Okay, I don't know any two year olds that wo t want to walk around!!!! When we asked for our money back he told us we were bad parents for taki g our older kids and leaving. How dare he! We had to leave as the place misrepresented itself and said there was a playground for young kids. Shame on them for this awful experience. Never again!

The owner is always friendly and aims to cater to the needs of all kids and parents in a positive manner. As of this post, the playground is currently being relocated and is temporarily unavailable. We do not have any attractions available for children under 6 years old, and we apologize for the temporary inconvenience. We want to offer the best experience to our customers and because of that, we have to take down some attractions in order to improve them. A group of us moms took our kids there Saturday for a fun filled day . Well that didn’t happen. They children were playing and I saw a child throw up so I asked two associates there and they said “I’m not cleaning it up “ I said well maybe you could tell someone else so they could. Then they have a dodge ball area and the older older kids just go in there and start begging the other kids so hard. My daughter got pegged really hard she fell and said she actually got light headed . I did speak to associate , he went over they’re and changed it but 10 minutes later there were all back in there doing the same thing. We then went to the consession stand to get drinks and the line was long. There was only one girl there and the manager there and I said can you help her and he said no . I then explained to him that we have not had a good experience here and telling him everything he turned around and said then don’t come back . Just so rude never will I be back

Wow. I should have read the reviews before wasting my $. Smh.
My experience:
Walked in with 5 kids at 4:00. Filled out /signed waivers and waited. And waited. And waited.
Look at my phone...it's now 4:40. Haven't been helped yet. 3 women behind the counter and only one is checking people in. One of which is choking down on an ice cream cone....while I and a man behind me wait. Anyway...200$ later we are inside. The people that work there look miserable. One tells me the owner treats them like garbage. Sad.
7:45 comes around and my youngest wants to go on the jumping contraption that you can do flips on (sorry..can't remember the correct name). I find an employee to help him and he tells me no. He can't help him because he is cleaning and getting ready to close. Really?? 200$ and my son can't do something because they want to go home??? So...I find the "manager" or " owner" or whatever the hell he is. He tells the kid to help my son. Ok fine. But I proceed to tell him how unhappy I have been so far and that I will never bring my kids again. And he tells me that I shouldn't come back. The moron tells me not to come back. Takes my $, delivers awful service, and tells me this to top it off. Lmao!!!! This guy is a special kind of crazy. No CLUE how to run a business or interact with the public. His wife...the ice cream slob...is no better. It's a shame. So much potential and these two idiots ruin it. The funny thing is, he told me I was being difficult and that I am impossible to please...and that he never gets complaints. Hahahahaeh

The managers cater to the needs of all kids and parents in a positive manner. When we do get lines, we try our best to keep them moving efficiently. As a general rule, the most time someone waits in line to get into our facility is about 10 minutes. We constantly monitor this with the cameras we have placed at the front desk. It is all recorded on video. This way, we have made sure that the customers never have to wait long in line, in order to get into our facility. As for pricing, we keep them competitive to local restaurants and entertainment facilities. This is a high amp activity center that has the capacity of being great....HOWEVER.....The managers both are condescending, unhelpful and the people working there are TERRIBLE!. My grandson had his birthday party there yesterday. A party coordinator was assigned. Upon entering the machines and computer were down so party invitees had to refill out the waiver and were sent on their way without the coordinator. No organization, no emergency PA system and no security at the front desk to prevent kidnapping.
We asked to move up the time for lunch and was told by the manager that was impossible due to our "contracted time." No flexibility, running 4-6 parties without manager supervision.
I asked the manager for the name and phone number of the owner. He refused to give it to me...I will get it on line and contact directly..
Now lunch...The pizza was acceptable, but we had to send the sandwiches and vegetables back...they were terrible....No organization during lunch. Parents had to serve and clean up.
Exposed wires from a plug in the party room.....Unsafe.
Very expensive and you would expect some degree of support and cooperation from the staff as well as supervision by the management.

Extremely over priced for what they offer. I brought 4 kids two of them couldnt do some of the attractions, I purchased the all atractions package for $59.50 getting 50% for the second child since its the "special" after 3pm. The lady at the cashier didnt mention anything about the restrictions allowing me to buy this package.I paid nearly $200 for 4 kids and the only attractions they enjoyed were the trampolines and the rope lines. Food was not only overpriced but poorly tasty. After spending almost $200 for admission and $40 in food, followed by $15 in extra drinks I was approached by a guy who said was the manager(not true) who got upset because I had two bottles of water on my table claiming they do not belong to the place meaning I didnt purchased them there and had asked me to bring them outside or to leave the place. He even suggested I go to one of their competitors...how unprofessional, stupid and ridiculous. I found out right after he left that he was not the manager so I requested the real one who apologized and had a different approach. I really feel it was a WASTE of money, actually the worst I ever made in my life, I will NEVER go back and I strongly recommend parents NOT to consider this place even if it seems fun its NOT WORTHY the money you paid. Is even cheaper to go to Rapids city, Sea World..unbelievable!. Its really a rip-off!

Thank you for reviewing Planet Air Sports. We certainly do not promote such behavior from our staff, and the manager has addressed this among the staff to reinforce quality customer service. Since we have a full café, we do not allow any outside food or drinks. Food prices are in tune with the local restaurants, and our food quality complies with all health requirements. Our prices are very reasonable, especially considering that all attractions are available for play for an unlimited time. I drove over an hour to take my kids to a bday party and the manager and owner Albert started screaming and mistreating the kids with not reason. We confronted this man and was nasty. Why to own a place for kids if you do not have patient and can not handle kids?. Place is not even cheap and is not worthed coming here. Please save your money and time.

Mas que minimo de edad hay minimo de altura para poder disfrutar de las diferentes atracciones:45' para los trampolines, 46' para el circuito de obstaculos de abajo, 56' para el circuito de obstaculos superior y 60' para el X-Board.
