First time visit to Daytona beach on a day trip. Enjoyed the beach and the little stores along the boardwalk, similar setup to many other beach resorts.

I will admit, many shops are still here, and yet, some are long gone! But all and all, a great place for several staple restaurants and specialty shops! We enjoyed walking around and taking in the sights! And had a good time here! Recommend and they had a few shows going on for the weekend with Street vendor style food. It was for the most part worth the visit and time!

Very few stores left here. There are several touristy restaurants and a bar or two, but not worth our time for sure. Gave it two stars only because of the access to the beach. Not worth the $5 to park.

After parking in the parking garage, you go across a crosswalk to the third floor. Upon getting there, we find out their elevator is broken. This note was attached. The elevator is out of service. The boardwalk and restaurant where we intended to eat was on the first floor. I called loss prevention as suggested. Yhere is NOTHING they could do for me. As a handicap person, dependent on a wheelchair, I had to walk down three flights of stairs while my husband lugged my wheelchair. My elderly mother with arthritic knees had to do walk down, also. After getting to the restaurant we found out they only serves drinks and appetitizers. We left and returned to the car. Twenty friggin minutes later, the parking garage attendant charged us $2 despite having explained the situation to him. This was all for my birthday celebration. Now I am pissed!!! How can they only have one friggin elevator??? Stupid!

Spent a week here, wonderful stay. The pools are very large and spacious, only heated the one pool though. They have a lazy river too, it wasn't heated, so I didn't do it. Easy access to the beach. Staff very friendly, watch out for the time share people who try to get you to sign up for a presentation.
