Nice layout
Dec 2019
When we visited they had aerated and sanded the greens the week before. They were a little rough but not terrible. This course has water on every hole. Some carries across water but mostly down both sides of the fairway. Tons of water birds, herons, wood storks, egrets and some pelicans. Very enjoyable day. I was a single with my wife riding and I played in 2 hours and 35 minutes. Reasonable price.

On the down swing

Unfortunately this course has gone downhill. Although the fairways and tee boxes were ok the greens are pretty much unplayable. Probably the worst in volusia county. Not worth the play.

Not So Good
May 2019 • Couples
We came to this course because we had a Group Golfer Deal of the Day voucher for $15. Even with that discount, the course was not worth playing.
I have never seen crabgrass on a green before. The greens were mostly black fungus but there was some crabgrass also.
The course is laid out well and could be very scenic if it wasn't in such bad shape.
I think in its day it would have been great. Not so good now.

ABSOLUTE RIPOFF
Apr 2019 • Solo
Played April 15. Was quoted 1 price over phone, charged $20 more once i got to course. Course was in terrible shape. Long grass around green edges, tee box ground so hard, needed a hammer to get tee in ground. Sparse grass in many places in fairways. Sand traps not raked in months, grass growing in them. Clubhouse very run down, old and tired looking. Staff non helpful when questioned about price differences. Mgt unavailable

South Course in Rough Shape
Apr 2019 • Couples
We have played this course for many years, and unfortunately have to say that it is in the worst shape ever. Most of the fairways lacked grass in many areas, all of the greens were only partially grassed, with many spots just sand or dead grass - so sad. Traps were concrete, not sand. Fortunately we paid a discounted price through GroupGolfer - anything more than that would be too much. Time for the course to put more effort in to maintenance1

Course is in reasonable shape except for fungus damage on many of the greens. A coupon from Groupon or one of the golf sites makes it a reasonable place to play. I like the layout of the course and have enjoyed playing there this year.

Feb 2019 • Friends
Played 18... Course needs some work.. but I’ve paid more.. for much worse... pace was fine.. fairways were fine .. greens were sometimes ok.. some times bad... T boxes were very bad on a few holes.. all in all less than $25 with a cart is not bad...

South Course in Rough Shape
Apr 2018 • Business
The south course is in rough shape. Some of the tee boxes have no grass and some of the greens were in rough shape. The green fees were reasonable, but the club rentals were attrocious. I think it's better to pay a little more and play at a better course.

Challenging
Feb 2018 • Couples
We golfed 9 holes last year on the North course and this year on the South course. Both are challenging, with narrow fairways surrounded by water or homes. We enjoyed golfing there and the price was very reasonable ($27 for 9 holes with cart for both of us) but it was a very hard course to play, unless you’re a good golfer, which we aren’t.

Decent Course but Slow Play
Dec 2017 • Friends
This golf course was worth the green fee of $29.99. It is a good, fair course although the day we played the greens were sanded. But they played truer than I thought they would. However, the course could use a ranger as the two-some, plus one, in front of us kept hawking golf balls on every hole, delaying unnecessarily our being able to hit our shots. This was irritating to say the least. If the pace of play had been better I would have given the course a better rating, but no more than a 4.
