We've been coming to Daytona Beach every February for the past 13 years and this is always one place we look forward to going to. I'm so sad that dog racing will be over with by the time we come next year. The dogs look so healthy and they are just doing what greyhounds love to do, which is run. Anyway we went 3 times while we were there this year. They have really great food there too & all the employees are friendly & helpful. We recommend the burger & fries, along with a beer of course.

March will see the close of this track, replaced by the adjoining poker room as the socially acceptable form of gambling allowed in a non-casino location. Other locations in Florida will remain open through 2020. Entering this location is a good experience. The restaurant serves good food , scores of monitors display odds and other races around the country. Very large poker room is constantly busy. Stepping out by the track is pleasant and gives you a better feel for the 45mph speed of the racers. Betting is easy, explained in the program available at the door. We attended a matinee, and night races run daily.

Went to the dog track before they are closed down. The place was clean and felt very safe. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was easy access to the betting windows. They also have a poker room that was pretty full with a variety of poker games. Would go back there again.

This has been a fun place for us for approximately 35 years. They have been in business for 70 years. You can watch the racing or bet on the greyhounds. The food is good in the restaurant.
