not everything was open

not tourist season yet so everything was not open. What was open clean and well maintained. We will be going back to experience it all when it is open.

Our family of 15 stayed in Daytona in May. We all really enjoyed our nightly strolls to the boardwalk. It has really improved since my last visit here. The boardwalk and park are just beautiful. Nothing like strolling the boardwalk at sunset eating ice cream.!

If you like a thrill take a ride on the giant sling shot. A little pricey but worth it. Lots of little shops for those not into a heart stopping ride.

When we got to beach right by boardwalk it was beautiful. The beach was amazing but Do Not use the public restrooms they were filthy. I'm pretty sure all. The homeless people live in there. The shops were nice and beach was clean the peir had a ton of fisherman on it so it was very noisy and contested .... More

This boardwalk was a complete disappointment . Less than average t-shirt shops, scummy looking people hanging around, don't waste your time unless you are a tween.

A nostalgic bit of Americana past. The shops and rides are vintage "carney", all the usual carnival foods, cotton candy, caramel corn, etc....Skeeball, pinball, lots of arcade games. Great for cooling off when the beach gets too hot! Fun for an afternoon.

We were there at night and some of the hangouts down there kept us on edge. There needs to be better security.

Frist for the positive. The boardwalk is Daytona landmark that you have to go to every time you are in town. The splash pad is working and they have fireworks and other events during the year. Every kid needs to experience playing games at the arcade and winning the cheap prices. I know I loved it when I was little.... More
