The water park is closed for the season. You have to really check their schedule when its not peak time. We went sunday and they had the lazy river drained and was only running 1 slide at a time switching every hour but the wave pool was in full effect. We went in july and everything was going and it was amazing. This place needs to be on your list when you come

Went for the day and the family had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, prices were reasonable and there was plenty to do for hours.

We wanted to bring our 3 y.o. granddaughter to the water park, and celebrate her mom's birthday. Daytona Lagoon was close and we had been there yrs ago, so were up for it. We really looked forward to the BOGO wkday special, but we still dropped 92 bucks for 4 adults and one child. I entered the bathroom to change upon arriving @ 11am and there is no toilet tissue in either holder of the stall, no hand soap or paper towels. I informed an associate of the issue and went on my way. The park itself is run down and severely dated. Many of the squirters and fountains were not functional, the water level in the lazy river( not sure that's the name here, but you get the general idea) is too low. I went back to the bathroom to change before leaving and there was one dispenser that had soap, no paper towels, and no toilet paper in at least 4 stalls. I again went to an associate and requested a manager, the associate relayed that she would inform her manager. It was not busy at all yesterday, Aug 11, 2020 and clearly no excuse for the supply shortage, especially with Covid-19 amongst us! The structural appearance of the parking garage was poor at best. If I would have seen the cracks in the expansion joints before my arrival, we would not have wasted our time. Thank goodness we didn't pay full price for our admission, however that does not excuse the poor maintenance and clear safety issues. I completely understand that the world we live in these days is different, however whoever runs this business can do much better. We will not be back.

I live here and this park is a great value for the money. Our family loves it and the workers are great. The only reason it gets 4 stars is...we were there very early and the bathrooms had NO soap. I returned 4 hrs later and still no soap or toilet paper. The trash cans were over flowing in the bathroom and it was neglected. Also, when we left, the arcade was full of people. Many not wearing mask but they have a mask mandate. Come on Daytona Lagoon...we love you and want our families safe. Dont give the same reply you give to all dissatisfied customers. I have read them...and it is verbatum...same reply of how you will do better and wish we will return. Please clean up the place and enforce your laws.
