The history of slaves milling sugar is a vital part of our history. I did not feel that this was an educational site. Just look at the old rusted stuff and get back in the car.

It's interesting to note that there were sugar mills here long ago...but this site has almost nothing of interest. Not worth a trip out of your way to see.

Pretty little spot to stop and look around. There are plaques with informaiton abou the sugar operation when it was running. Historically interesting.
