We were staying at the hotel and wanted to find out what water activities were available. The people at the dive center were very helpful. We rented kayaks and went all over the bay. The gave us a map and told us places to check out, including options for lunch that we could paddle to. Great experience.

Horrible motor took 3 hours to get out to scallop 25hp motor benches for seats hard plastic no cushions not anchored down the benches slide all over . It was 290 dollars plus fuel like a bad joke. We r not that picky do not rent a boat with a motor that small. Piece of junk. Really bad.

Rented a kayak. It was in good shape, and the staff gave me good information about the area. Well supplied and a nice changing area to move from street clothes to water-wear.

They are crooks, we rented a boat watched the video went out to meet the kid who was supposed to go over the map with us, he never did, no one told us where we couldn't go, then the boat broke down in the middle of the channel, we call and they say oh that's the same thing that happened... More

This place honestly looks pretty sketchy on the outside, but the rooms appeared recently redone with all the nice amenities and modern decor. The price is great and they include a discount for the manatee tour. We also rented a kayak, which was reasonably priced and the guy a the dock took the time to direct us to the Three... More

I called last week to rent a pontoon boat on Saturday. I called early in the AM 7:55 and the phone was answered "This is Capt. Stu". I asked him about the rentals and he told me it would be $190(ish) and I went ahead to give him my card number. He said "Are you going to be doing any... More

We rented a pontoon boat here to enjoy some time on the water while in the area. Although we did not see any manatees (probably due to the time of year we visited), we had a very nice time boating around the bay and looking at the homes along the water. The folks in the dive center were very nice.

Hotel is minimal lodging at best, but the people and convenience to the Kings Spring makes it number one in the area. Marge, at the front desk takes care of us every year and has never failed us. The dive shop and the boats are great.
