Trust is a hard thing to earn, and can take a moment to break. Trusting someone with your life- that’s something not to be taken lightly. I️ have a few very close people that I️ would do anything for, and they would do the same for me. Mike Dingman at No Shenanigans Diving is someone that I️ literally trust with my life. Every time I️ head underwater into the unknown with the group- I️ know that my equipment is well maintained and inspected. I️ know that whatever issues I️ might have, Mike and the people that he’s meticulously trained will be there to assist me. Diving can be a very challenging, scary, and technical sport- and Mike has always made it fun, safe, and easy to learn. He’s patient, kind, and will always have your back. If anyone is ever looking to get certified or come out with a great group of divers if you are already certified- please contact Mike at No Shenanigans in Coral Springs. 🍀🤿🍀

I can’t say enough good things about No Shenanigans Diving and the owner Mike Dingman. I have been a PADI certified diver since high school (1992) and consider myself to be an experienced diver. Even though I grew up in South Florida, I now live in landlocked Tennessee and don’t have as many opportunities to dive. On a recent trip back to South Florida I thought it would be a good idea to expand my training with getting my Advanced Open Water and Enriched Air certifications. Mike went out of his way to work around my limited schedule, addressed some of my equipment issues, and overall provided me a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience. Since that time, I’ve been back to Florida on several occasions and always look to No Shenanigans Diving and their great, close knit, group of local divers to help me get some diving in. Mike also recently help my current foreign exchange student, a 16 year old from Germany, get her Open Water Diving certification. If you’re looking for a reputable diving shop that focuses on safety, education, and customer service, look no further than Mike Dingman and No Shenanigans Diving!

I have been a captain for 31 years and have obviously years of experience on the water but when it came to diving I had no idea what to do and how to do it a friend of mine who is a diver referred no shenanigans diving . I called the shop and made an appointment to come in and meet with the instructor who was absolutely fantastic couldn’t of made me feel any more comfortable with the situation on my training. Being a captain I am all about safety and the safety of my guests After spending about a half an hour with Mike Dingman I found out that not only was he the instructor he was the owner . I cannot stress enough the level of quality and professionalism with Mike’s service I was absolutely amazed with the care that Mike took into ensuring that I felt safe and that I understood all areas of safety with this because this was the biggest thing with me. I am absolutely a static about Mike’s professionalism and his level of service before and after of the sale he has become not only a person I use for business that I also send numerous referrals to but I also consider him a friend that speaks volumes for a south Florida business there is no one and I repeat no one that provides better quality of service Then no shenanigans diving and mike . Was a long time customer here. After truly getting to know the owner, mike dingman, I should have trusted my gut from the beginning. The owner tacks on fees if you use debit or credit cards and doesn't tell you anything about it. Short fills tanks more than half the time. My tank is rated for 3442, I'm lucky if I get 3200, unless one of his employees fill, then its full. If you give him your money in advance, be prepared to wait. He sold me on the divemaster class to me complete in 2 months. Took almost a year. He knew he had my money so he blew me off for new students time and time again. Ok shop for a quick in and out, but for an ongoing local dive shop relationship, find somewhere else. The guy is a snake, he'll do anything for money, a quick google search of his name will tell you exactly what kind of person he is... anything for money, even jeopardizing his career. Shameful because it could be a good local shop,unfortunately the dishonesty and greed of the owner will eventually be the end of this business.

-As for our fees, we've always had fees incorporated into our prices, which are clearly printed on our receipts. As with many businesses and gov't operations they charge the customer card fees for rewards cards, debit fees, etc. To help offset that, we offer a cash incentive discount, as Don was fully aware and took advantage of. A high majority of his purchases were in cash, as he wanted to receive those additional discounts on top of his loyalty discounts he received. He has received hundreds of dollars, if not a thousand dollars in discounts on all of his purchases. -As for the tank fills, Don never once complained about his fills. He has purchased over a 100 nitrox fills at a discounted rate by purchasing our fills cards, not to mention the many free fills he has received. Don did always joked when a certain employee would fill his tanks, "It was a great fill!" -Regards to his DM class, he purchased the class in Feb 2019 and stated he is in no rush and has plenty of time to complete the course. Several things in HIS schedule precluded him to finish the course and continually delayed it several times: schedule issues, work, possibly going back to school for a professional license, new job, ill family member, personal reasons, etc. Granted there were some delays on our behalf because of weather, scheduling, or staff, which are all well documented. When he got his DM certification about 2 months ago, he boasted how happy he was and gave us great reviews for that course. -As you can see with EVERY review we have on several different media outlets we have nothing less than 5 star reviews, several given by Don himself. This issue with his complaints, they are not true.
