I like to come here because everybody is helpful and kind. It's a well maintained old building. I love the big Christmas tree they put in the front on December

Built about 90 years ago, city hall was the focal point and end of the Miracle Mile. The building was designed by George Merrick's team in the Mediterranean style of the city. Coral rock was used and is visable in the facade. Inside it is a functional city hall with offices for many of the city officials. Want to see... More

The City of Coral Gables has a wonderful historic City Hall created by it's founder, George Merrick. It was built in the Mediterranean Revival architectural style and completed in 1928. It is three stories tall, built of local limestone, has a stuccoed exterior, tile roof, central 3-stage clock tower, and a Corinthian colonnade. Well worth a visit.

This is a real landmark in Coral Gables and what a beautiful building. In December just beside and in their gardens there is a Christmas Market (i think they call it the Christmas park). They have many government services in there, we renewed our daughters passport there.

This place built in the late 1920's is better today than it was when it was new. The beautiful building, wonderful façade, and marvelous interior have been beautifully preserved and offer the visitor a glimpse of what life was like 100 years ago.
