Thank you for telling us your unfortunate experience. However your account is different from what was actually going on. Nothing fortunately was broken, and not everyone listens to the intro's as closely as we recommend, hence the wires from the last group, and your recollection of a story about Nazi Germany (has everything to do with the room you were in) When somethings like this happens we put the time lost back on the clock so I'm sorry you feel that your time was wasted. All of our clues and props work, its how you use them that's apart of the game itself. Just like your experiences in life. Although I appreciate the kind words about my staff, I think you saying I harassed the person who booked the room, trying to reach them about their experience in order to learn more, in order to rectify any ill feelings anyone had. Instead I had to piece together the passive-aggressive reviews, n watch the cameras in order to make sure my staff and everything was dealt with properly.

100's of Escape rooms without being paired with another group? Our website clearly states the difference between a private experience and group play. Our Escape Room Business Model, although is unique in many different ways as far as originality, is standard in the booking process. I'm sorry you felt that I was rude to you, it's not everyday I'm screamed at by a customer. I would say the middle of the Pandemic was late summer of 2021, I offered to book you privately but decided to handle things in a different way. I send you nothing but positive energy, it's a shame to live life in anger.

Its a very arduous task trying to please everyone. The walls are like that bc of Fire Code. Its for your protection. You could have easily asked to turn the music down. When the music's on you shouldn't be able to hear anything anywhere in the facility, so either you have super sonic hearing or the music wasnt that loud. only one wall is lowered to your room, and by a foot at the most. Sometimes the batteries die in a timer and they should've changed them immediately when they knew but probably didn't want to interrupt your game. There is only one other Escape Room on that side of the building and that's jailbreak, impossible to hear when the music is as loud as you say it was. There are no Escape Rooms in the world that notifies you that there would be others booked with you. You have the option to make your room private when you booked it. Just because you have been to other escape rooms is more than likely the reason they didnt go over all the rules with you, being such an advanced and seasoned Escape Enthusiast like you mentioned when you arrived, there was no need to explain the same rules we would for a first time player. The Lock on that door works fine if you turn it the right way... I am sorry for being not as sorry as you would like me to be, however its reviews like these that hurt small businesses for no reason. You could've called and spoke to my husband or I about your experience and come to some sort of happy medium, you could've asked to turn the radio down, you could've made the game master aware that such a small ipad wasn't going to be a good enough way for you to receive clues because you didn't watch a training video on it prior to the game. Id rather give you your money back then have to respond to a review like this.

The Safe is difficult puzzle in itself and I assure you, there is nothing wrong with it at all, most open with ease however your not the only one who has had trouble with it. That's what makes it fun. If it were easy then we probably wouldn't have much of an escape room would we? I appreciate the attempt at leaving a productive review, I actually remember now who you were and believe I went out of my way to make sure I met up with you. My husband thought very highly of your conversation and we wanted to personally say thank you. Your from Michigan I believe you and my husband had that in common.
