The online booking experience, service (text to confirm, etc), team at the site were all great. Tour guide great. Nothing unexpected except the fact that the weather (high wind) and water conditions would not be great for viewing manatee. They did proactively call us and rebook due to high winds, however did not inform that due to the water conditions (murky) more than likely if we even found manatee they would not be visible. We did see one dolphin who hung around for a while. I just recommend calling and asking if the conditions were good for viewing.

Having been out on a few boats in the area and having a good knowledge of the wildlife around, and how to treat it, this was a real surprise. Laid back and enjoyable, rather than a pushy coach trip like some of the others was refreshing. Easy to find and a good 2 hours seeing dolphin (maybe 30), manatee, bald eagles, gators etc. Most importantly all the animals were treated with respect as they should be. Will be going back.

Location was easy to find. Captain Alex and guide Scottie were both great. We saw a few dolphins and couple of manatee during the swim but none were that close. However, on the boat ride back, captain Alex took us around to different spots and we were able to see several dolphins. Was a very good trip.

Kelly Park and our pickup location were easy to find. Our Captain, Roy, was a delight and did everything he possibly could to help us catch fish and catch we did. The 5 of us on our boat caught two varieties of trout, two varieties of cafish, a red snapper, a stingray and every spade fish. Unfortunately only one of the sail catfish was a keeper. But everyone had fun and Roy kepts our lines baited at all times. He was great. He helped us older folks in and out and even dropped us off at a point that would make it easier for all. The first down side is that the boat we had was a dump in every sense of the word. The second down side is something that has been mentioned in other reviews - I had a Living Social Voucher and was hit was a 12% surcharge. When I questioned it, the girl in the office couldn't explain other than to say it was to offset certain costs. My point to her was that the tour should be priced at a level that you don't add this kind of nonsense on top of the regular price. Not sure if this happens with regular price customers. Allin all, we had a lovely afternoon and the surcharge and the condition of the boat are negatives that bring my rating down. I think if you go with lowered expectations, it is great value for money.

Purchased a groupon for the two hour fishing charter and was really pleased with the trip. Lots of bites and a keeper to boot. Lots of room on the boat to cast and a great captain.
