Decent beach. We've been there 4 times and its always a nice place to have a beach day when in Port Canaveral. There is a lifeguard at the public access and showers and foot washing out by the parking lot.

The best thing about Cocoa Beach are the long walks that you can take on this beach. Fly a kite, lots of room, wide open space.

The beach was clean and quiet. Our hotel had a walkway to the beach. We didn't stay long but found it clean. It was a nice slice of paradise.

Title says it all. There are access walks between the condo buildings on the East side of Old Beach Road. If you want "social swim" then go down to the pier area. There are no little beach shops or people hawking t-shirts etc. Most importantly absolutely no panhandlers! I was there for sunrise sunset and daytime. Bring your own beach... More

We truly enjoyed our visit to the Cocoa Beach area. We are from the Fort Myers area where we sometimes are prone to brown water so it was very nice to see how blue & clear the water was during our visit.

Went over Thanksgiving weekend - not crowded at all. Very windy , so lots of kitesurfing. Beachfront properties were set back from beach so not massively overlooked by the hotels , good music and arts fair on Saturday added to the experience

Loved cocoa beach. We took a quick getaway and really enjoyed it! Good restaurants, plenty of bars, great place to walk along the beach.
