7/8/21 - Our family is staying in Indian Harbor for a summer vacation. This trip popped up in my Expedia as a recommended attraction. We are so glad we went on this excursion! Our group had 3 adults, and 3 children (ages 8-14) and each of us found this to be a really enjoyable experience. The guides, Cameron, Darius & Andre (who is newer) were all very informative about the water & plant life and shared information & answered questions throughout the trip. They even went so far as to make recommendations on local food and other attractions. It was so amazing to see how the water glows when you put your paddle through it and to catch comb jellies. When the fish darted through the water they left blue glowing streaks as they were swimming.

Would definitely recommend and go again when we are in town.

So good we need to go back again and bring our reluctant teens.
To start with you are in a magical natural estuary which provides all you need for a perfect time.
All the guides need to do is not screw it up, and our guides did a perfect job of that.
Super laid back, patient, friendly. Provided an abundance of interesting facts.

Cameron and Dan were great guides. They had great personalities and answers to every question. Our group consisted 21 people ranging in age from 9 yrs. old to early 60's with a few very novice paddlers. Cameron and Dan made sure that everyone enjoyed the experience. This tour was a relaxing and beautiful end to my extended Birthday weekend in Cocoa Beach.

I booked a tour with this company on Wednesday, 5/27/2020, for a tour on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 9:30am.

I followed the websites instructions and called the owner to book a tour. We talked details for about 20 minutes and Bill, the owner, said to go ahead and book and call him if the website gave me any trouble. He even told me that I would go out with Cameron or Dale. I booked the tour with no issues and per Bill's instructions did not call back because everything went through properly. I even received a confirmation email.

We arrived to Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center and no one was waiting for us. At about 9:40am, I called to see where the guide and kayaks were. Bill answered and said he should have someone there in 45 minutes.

He was so long winded during our chat, that he blamed me for not following instructions and then admitted he actually didn't write down anything from our conversation. He also let me know that he gets a lot emails and missed the booking email from the site. He can't keep track of his own business plans. He further admitted that this happened last weekend as well.

This company is not professional. Bill runs this remotely and hires guides. They say they have nice equipment, however, the life vest provided smelled of mold and mildew. I almost vomited.

Another thing that was messed up, was the starting location. They had us paddle from Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center to Ramp Road Park, where we should have started at in the first place.

Dale was our tour guide, he was thrown into a terrible situation as the owner wouldn't offer a refund/cancellation when we asked for one at 10am. Dale was 3 out of 5 stars as a tour guide. We have experienced better kayak tours elsewhere.

This is the cheapest tour in the area and you can see why. Spend a little more and go with one of the other 4 kayak tour operators that leave from the same locations. there were two other companies that were in the same spot and they left on time (with about 10 kayaks).

Our guide, Ed, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions on how to use the paddles to navigate ours kayaks as most of our group was inexperienced. Unfortunately we did not see any manatees or dolphins on this outing. That was disappointing, but that’s nature I guess. No guarantees you’ll see them. We did see a tarpon, fish jumping out of the water, a few species of birds and a snake. The open water part of the tour was our favorite and most enjoyable. Going through the mangrove tunnels was a different story. It was so narrow that our paddles were getting caught up on the mangroves. Navigating through this area was tough. The smell of the rotting leaves was gross. My daughter saw a snake slithering across one of the branches above us. I wouldn’t look up for that reason. I was afraid I would see something like that and my fears were confirmed. Needless to say, she didn’t look above our heads again. We were all very happy to get out of those tunnels and back into open water. We were not aware the water we were going to be kayaking in was brackish water. When Ed told us there was a possibility of alligators passing through and that there are bull sharks in that water I thought my daughter was going to have an anxiety attack. Fortunately, she pulled herself together and got through the trip but after seeing that snake, she was done. Overall the experience was good, but I wouldn’t do it again unless the mangrove tunnels were not part of the tour.

We just finished our bioluminescence kayak tour in the 2nd week of July. It was incredible! The water had an amazing glow you can't even explain without seeing it for yourself. We caught some jellyfish and saw a ton of fish skimming across the water, all of them with an amazing blue green glow. Our tour guides Cameron and Darius were so knowledgeable and experienced. We felt safe and they did a great job keeping our group together, educating us, and making sure everyone had a great time. You can tell they love what they do and they made our experience unforgettable. So happy we went with this company for our kayak adventure!

Ed, our guide, was friendly, informative, & knowledgeable about all the wildlife as well as the environment. We felt like he went above and beyond to give us a unique experience thru the mangrove tunnels. We even encountered a dolphin that came within a couple of feet from our kayaks! It was amazing !

What an amazing experience for the nighttime kayak tour!! My 6 year old left saying “this was the best day of my life!” I have to agree Damarius and Cameron were EXCELLENT tour guides. So helpful & friendly. Told you so many cool facts while we were out there and took us to all the best places. Our party of 5 was so happy and that includes 2 teenage boys (15) too! Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable experience!!!
