We have done this bioluminescent tour twice and it was amazing. First trip was with Cameron and second with Darius. They both were a great tour guides. The tour was a great experience.

We had a great experience during the actual kayaking. Our tour guide Darius was informative and professional. This tour made fantastic memories and laughs with my family.

I booked a tour with this company on Wednesday, 5/27/2020, for a tour on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 9:30am. I followed the websites instructions and called the owner to book a tour. We talked details for about 20 minutes and Bill, the owner, said to go ahead and book and call him if the website gave me any trouble. He even told me that I would go out with Cameron or Dale. I booked the tour with no issues and per Bill's instructions did not call back because everything went through properly. I even received a confirmation email. We arrived to Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center and no one was waiting for us. At about 9:40am, I called to see where the guide and kayaks were. Bill answered and said he should have someone there in 45 minutes. He was so long winded during our chat, that he blamed me for not following instructions and then admitted he actually didn't write down anything from our conversation. He also let me know that he gets a lot emails and missed the booking email from the site. He can't keep track of his own business plans. He further admitted that this happened last weekend as well. This company is not professional. Bill runs this remotely and hires guides. They say they have nice equipment, however, the life vest provided smelled of mold and mildew. I almost vomited. Another thing that was messed up, was the starting location. They had us paddle from Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center to Ramp Road Park, where we should have started at in the first place. Dale was our tour guide, he was thrown into a terrible situation as the owner wouldn't offer a refund/cancellation when we asked for one at 10am. Dale was 3 out of 5 stars as a tour guide. We have experienced better kayak tours elsewhere. This is the cheapest tour in the area and you can see why. Spend a little more and go with one of the other 4 kayak tour operators that leave from the same locations. there were two other companies that were in the same spot and they left on time (with about 10 kayaks).…

I went solo on this tour as I couldn’t get anyone else to come in our group. I just showed up at the park hoping they could fit me in. I’m very happy I did. Our guide Cameron was so friendly and helpful , his knowledge of the wildlife we saw on our adventure was so interesting. I learned so much as well as having a great kayaking experience. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. …

Ed was a superb guide and so enthusiastic about Florida wildlife and ecology. We did locate a manatee, a dolphin, and plenty of waterfowl. Very fortunate and the tour made my winter escape to FL all the better!
