Talented performers and musicians and extremely dedicated volunteers delivered an excellent performance of Elton John's Aida. The theater has been well preserved and offers an excellent platform for local performances. Expansion of the stage has forced the orchestra "underground" so to speak -- performing from an unseen pit beneath the stage with music "broadcast" into the theater. A little something... More

I am embarrassed to say that I have lived here 26 years and have just discovered the quality of the Cocoa Village Playhouse productions. This year, we saw On the Town and Aida... both were filled with amazing performers, good sets and wonderful costumes. The theater itself, which was restored about five years ago, is elegant. I plan to become... More

Went to the second show of the day for Aida. First let me say, it is an adorable historic theatre. It is small, "quaint" I guess. The talent works very hard, volunteer lots of time and heart. The leads for this play were wonderful. All 4 of the front actors and actresses were very talented and a joy to listen... More

Such a great time enjoying the Dreamgirls production at the Cocoa Village Playhouse! The ambiance alone is fantastic at this historic playhouse. The play was a little too long, but the talent was fantastic, acoustics on point, lighting magical, the seating isn't very comfortable but the architecture, decor are wonderful and the staff takes such wonderful care of the guests... The Cocoa Village Playhouse puts on fabulous shows. The local talent is incredible. It is a nice evening out and you can eat in one of the local area restaurants before the show.

We spent a wonderful day visiting all the interesting shops in the Historic district for Cocoa Village. There were just the cutest stores to stroll thru, from clothes to antiques, had made crafts. We even had lunch at the Ice cream & sandwich shop. The sandwiches were fresh made and delicious. The Ice Cream was to die for!!!!!!

We have been here several times. The shows are always great. The big obstacle is parking for the disabled. Never go when Cocoa Village has a function.

We enjoy live theater and have always been impressed with the Titusville Playhouse productions we've seen (about 6 in this venue). Neither Titusville or Cocoa Village are expected to compare with Broadway in NY, but On The Town was so poorly done we left at intermission. I don't go to live performances to have an amateurish video running on a... More

Went to the premiere of On The Town here Friday evening. First of all the venue is lovely and has the most comfortable seats of any theater I have ever been to and lots of legroom too. The local talent is outstanding! My parents are Snowbirds here and I visit several times a winter. We always get tickets for their... More
