I went here solely for the driving range. The range is small and average. The course seemed pretty nice. It was in a retirement type community and had to go through a guard getting inside. Seemed like a pretty course though and some holes looked close to the intracoastal.

This golf course challenges the average golfer. Lots of picturesque water holes that make it tough to par. Greens in good shape, pace was good. Overall, a good course that I'd recommend.

Played here yesterday. Very disappointing course condition. The cart paths we in disrepair. The greens on 1 and 2 were sand. For the price I expected a much better course to play. There are other places to play in the area for a better value. I called the new owner to complain and he blamed it on the city and... More

The course looks like it is mowed at night because it was so uneven and unplayable. The uncaring management needs to do a better job listening to the community.

Good course for beginners Plenty of time to practice while waiting on tee box. Greens and fairways in bad shape. A disappointment for most golfers. The challege is to finish the round. We did not.

Really like this course now since it been under new ownership. They have really fixed up the course where the last owners ran it into the ground. Golf lessons with Pat are great. They are well worth the money. She got me hitting my driver approx. 30 yards further in about 30 minutes. I went from 210 to 220 to... More

Bill & Pat have done a more than great job in making the Cove Cay Golf Course one of the best in the area. The fairways are lush (they have just completed double seeding), the greens are looking wonderful - and look at those new golf carts. All is great at Cove Cay Golf Club because of the dedication of... More

Just played this weekend and greatly improved from last May. Couple of greens still have some spots, but all in all great shape. Greens were really smooth and fast. Always a great view of Tampa Bay. Tee times a must on Saturday and Sunday morning.

I found this course on GolfNow.com (no, I don't have any affiliation with them). Got a nice price for an 11:21 tee time. It is in a gated community. My wife and I played on a Thursday and had no problem with pace of play. They do have a driving range and putting area for warm up. The fairways are... More
