Best beach vacation spot. Dropped off at the pier and spent 3 hours on the beach and in the water next to the pier. Walked to a restaurant to eat. Then walked some shops and the pier. My daughter loves to get souvenir pennies and they had a machine there for them. Definitely a great spot.

Free until the very end and you don’t need to go out there unless you’re fishing, even then, it’s only a buck a person. It’s clean, nice vendors on there today too. Clean. Nice breeze, gorgeous views.

There was a festival going on at the pier while we were visiting. There were lots of booths set up selling wares, caricature and Portrait artists, face painting, etc. We saw rays and various fish from the pier. We didn’t go past the point that leads to the fishing portion but I’m sure there would have been even more to see from there. It wasn’t overly crowded and we enjoyed our time looking around.

It can get pretty crowded, especially around sunset. But sunset from the pier is worth the nominal $1 per person fee.pier, there are also plenty of vendo Like any other rs and things to do around here. If you can get there early enough, spending the day under the pier is also a surprising way to cool off.

Our VRBO was on the Northern less crowded part of the beach and allowed dogs as did the beach, which is gorgeous. The southern end contains most of the restaurants and shops And The Pier. Our boat ride was fun at sunset in the shark. There is lots of paid parking available.

If you don't know, now you know! Hands down the best place in CB to catch the most stunning sunsets! You can view from the beach or the Pier, if you pay $1 at the store on the Pier you can cross the gates and go out to the end of the Pier. Here you will catch views that radiate the sky line and vibrant colors that look like fire. It's beautiful. Pier 60 does not just offer the views, it offers much more each night. Almost like a celebration, each night 2 hours before and 2 hours following sunset, vendors line the Pier and there are a variety of street performers that comes from across the country and all of the world. It's always different, fun for everyone including the kids which there is a playground and an inflatable area. Don't miss out, be sure to check out the Pier on your next trip.
