Been coming to spring training since stadium opened in 2004. Aside from Philly priced tickets, the staidum no longer opens 2.5 hours before game but now opens 1.5 hours. Let’s just keep ruining the baseball experience all around. Those long time fans know part of the early entry is the tiki bar and watching practice. For the little ones, it has been a chance to get close to the field ans the players. Instead everyone who was not aware of the change stands outside in the sun foe an hour. Boo to the changes.

Currently renamed BayCare Ballpark, this venue allows cigarette and cigar smoking in the concourse and the bar area. Beware! Even if you are sitting in the nonsmoking tiki terrace seats, you can have smoke drifting your way which leads to a noxious time at the ballpark. When you leave the terrace area to visit concessions or restrooms, you will have to walk through smokers. We moved our seats 3 times for a game which is ridiculous so we didn't have to breathe in second-hand smoke. Ironic, isn't it that the ballpark is sponsored by BayCare, a health system, and smoking is allowed. We also received a nice full bucket of burned popcorn. Just not a good night at the ballpark. Ruined the whole experience.

Visited while in town on business. I was very pleased with the safety protocols that are in place. I visit several minor league ballparks a year and I felt that the food offerings at this park were amongst the best that I have encountered in minor league ballparks. The restrooms were constantly being cleaned. There was not a bad seat in the house. The only this that I felt was negative was the parking. You have to park in a grass lot that is not well lit when returning to your vehicle after the game. I would recommend this ballpark to anyone looking for a nice evening and I will return again when in the area.

Great stadium to see all your favorite Phillies up close. We were lucky to catch a Phils-Yankees game and saw many big name players. Many great food and drink options around the stadium.

Came down to catch a couple of Phillies Spring Training games. Parking was $10 (not to bad), the concessions are really good . I had Grouper Bites and cheeseburgers ( both were good), the stadium itself is nice, the ticket prices are reasonable, not a bad seat in the stadium.

After attending a few spring training games at other locations. I can truly say that the Phillies and Spectrum Field is as close to perfect as you can get. Ease of entry and parking, plenty of concession stands and food choices, the food prices are equal or less then some other fields. You can easily tell that this is a well-run establishment. Hats off to a clean and fun environment with a very friendly staff.

Had seats 5 rows back from the field just on the first base side of home plate. The players were practically in our laps. Seat prices are reasonable, stadium is intimate and well kept. Food was good but a bit pricey.

Went to see the Phillies vs redsox to take in a spring training game. This field is absolutely beautiful. Food is great, not overly expensive for a baseball game. If you are a Phillies fan you have to come here.

This stadium is very well planned. There are great concessions, kids' play areas, a berm for grass seating and pretty nice decks for handicapped seating where you can use your wheelchair or a folding chair next to a fixed seat.
What's not impressive is the lack of ushering. The ushers at the Phillies games seemed very attentive to certain folks in the lower sections ... even bringing them waters and towels at times. However, they didn't care who sat in the disabled seating section at all!
We had to ask a couple to move so we could access the seats we paid for -- there was no usher in sight to assist us and the couple was not friendly about it. Then another elderly couple came and opened up 2 folding chairs and sat directly behind us. So close that I could smell the breakfast they ate on their breath.
I get it that Spring Training is run a little loosely, but these people were on top of us and no one cared. If you want to offer special services to lower level patrons, hire a waitress. We needed an usher to check tickets and make sure people didn't infringe upon the space we paid to use during the game.
Also, the ushers wear dark shirts so it's very difficult to discern who is an usher. I recommend neon red, yellow or orange shirts and hats.
Parking was available in the lot across the street although still a haul for a handicapped person. Disabled parking on the same side of the street was full (to season ticket folks apparently).
The ramp going in is very nice and the ticket takers are pleasant. Easy to access bathrooms and wide aisles.
We probably won't return as this isn't the first time we've paid for disabled seating only to have the standing room only people encroach upon us. It's just not comfortable and fun.

We've come to this stadium for a Phillies spring training game for each of the last 4 years and loved it every time! It is a beautiful baseball park with comfortable seating. There is plenty of parking ($10 per car self park, or $20 per car valet), The only negative for us is the food -for example, the ice cream tastes horrible, is watery, and they charge a ridiculous price.

Can I tailgate in parking lot pregame for spring training game?
Written March 10, 2021
HI my wife cannot climb the steps into the stadium this year, is there an elevator available? Thank you 2 avid PHILLIES Phans
Written February 24, 2020
Phillies Spectrum Field Clearwater Florida. An elevator is available for disabled use on the first base side of the stadium (South Parking Lot). Drop-off is available on the West Side of the ballpark (no elevator access here). Please contact an usher for assistance entering and exiting the ballpark.

Can you bring your dog if you sit in the lawn?
Written February 9, 2020
I don't recall seeing any dogs other than service dogs in Spectrum Field on the lawn or otherwise. I don't know for certain. Best to call the box office.

Don't know for sure. However, an umbrella might be an annoyance to other folks who will not be able to see past it. Probably allowed in areas that don't have seating, but not sure.

What is the difference between premium box seating and field box seating?
Written February 23, 2019
Premium boxes are behind home plate, field boxes are down the first and third base lines, some behind the dugouts
