Spend your night on the water on this evening cruise around Tampa Bay from Clearwater. Catch the sunset (depending on the time of year) and listen to live music aboard an elegant yacht with both inner and outer seating including an open-air observation deck and a comfortable dining cabin. For the optional 3-course dinner (for an additional charge), choose an entree along with salad, dessert, and coffee or tea.

Not a traditional aquarium, very expensive for not much to see. Spent about an hour & a half there. This reviewer pretty much nails it.

I see these reviews of people saying how great this place is but really don't waste your time and money. We paid almost $200 for our family of six to go to this "aquarium" and assumed for that price and being billed as an "aquarium" that there would be at least a half days worth of entertainment there. Well there is not. We ended up spending about an hour and a half and that was going back through every display twice. This isn't really an aquarium in the traditional sense of the word. It is an old animal rehab place that they built a new tank for their dolphins. The new tank is impressive and the dolphins were cool to see. However that is pretty much all that is there. They had one sea turtle, a nurse shark, two otters and several pelicans and that was it. If you have money to throw away then by all means o here but there are so many more and more impessive aquariums out there.

First visit here and really quite worth it. I'd recommend watching the movies "A Dolphin's Tale (I) and A Dolphin's Tale II prior to visiting as you will get a good feel for what goes on here. Quite a marine hospital and rehabilitation center with great public viewing. We also took the one hour boat ride and saw many wild dolphins in the Bay.

My granddaughter really wanted to go here to see Winter. She was happy with that but I was really disappointed. There were not very many animals. No interactive displays. I also felt it was a bit expensive for what they offered.

Love being close and personal to marine life and learning about them from very knowledgeable employees and volunteers that are available at every exhibit. You are just feet away from the employees that are feeding and caring for the marine life. Not flashy, just a totally authentic experience learning about the dolphins, turtles, otters, etc. The new aquarium for the dolphins is beautiful with incredible views of Clearwater bay. The Winter movie about her real story and how the Dolphin Tale movie was made is great. However, the best part is spending time just watching upclose these amazing creatures and without time restrictions.
