About
We are partnered with the Big Cypress National Preserve to run up to a 4 hour swamp buggy tour into the backcountry of the Everglades to view nature from a safe distance. We have comfortable 6 passenger buggies equiped with canopies for shade. The mornings are beautiful in the swamp and the sunsets are breath-taking. Captain Bobby Weeks, a 4th generation Everglades local, grew up hunting, fishing and riding in and around the areas of Ochopee, Big Cypress, Chokoloskee, and Everglades City. Captain Bobby is very knowledgeable of the area and would love to share their experiences and the beauty of this unique area.

We met guide at the meeting spot and set off right on time. Weather was beautiful. Guide Bob was knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed it and highly recommend to others looking to get some fresh air and see the Big Cypress Swamp.

This was a great experience! Captain Bobby has a great knowledge of the area and was very good at pointing out vegetation, animal tracks, and lodgings. He was also very informative on the surrounding preserve and Indian territory. We took the swamp buggy tour during the dry season (January) but would do it again during the wet season (May - October).

Bobby was one of the most knowledgeable people in his area of expertise I have ever had as a guide in over 20 countries around the entire world. He spotted stuff half a mile before we reached it, he stopped at extremely specific spots to show us the rarest things one can see on this tour. Bobby has a great vehicle and is extraordinarily friendly and outgoing. if you want to see the Everglades and learn anything you want, go with C & G and ask Bobby anything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was a great introduction to the everglades. Our tour guide was Bobby, who grew up in the area. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. He made frequent stops to show us different plants growing in the swamp. He pointed out birds, panther tracks in the mud, animal And python trails in the grass. While we saw very little wildlife, we learned so much about the ecosystem. recommended. The trip was 4 hours long.
My 92 year old mom was with us on this trip. Bobby was so solicitous of her well being and comfort, making sure she was tolerating the bumpy ride OK.
The swamp buggy is covered with a sun shade and the seats are soft and padded. It was very comfortable. If I wanted to take a photo, Bobby would stop the buggy.
Overall, a great ride with a great guy. Highly recomnended.

My co-workers and I scheduled a 4 hour tour with Captain Booby - he was great, so much knowledge of the local birds, trees, plants and animals. The water level was very high due to Hurricane Ian, so we did not see a lot of animals, but we had a great time trying.
Captain Bobby kept us very entertained!

Family with 2 teens boys went with Captain Cracker on this adventure. We all had a great time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area in all aspects. Definitely loves his job and being able to share the area with us. Very personable!

The kids enjoyed hearing the stories from our superb guide Captain Bobby. They also liked helping find animal tracks and taking photos of wildlife and plants. But the highlight was driving the swamp buggy! Our family of 6 - with kids ages 9, 6, 4, and 1 - had a great time!

Nice 4 Hours Tour through the Cypress National Park. It was a nice day, pretty hot. To bad we saw no animals, just a severals birds and a lot of animals tracks. Boby told us a lot about the trees, plants and animals and also about the last Hurrikans and fire. It was very interesting to hear all that. Bobby is a very nice person.

the 4 hr tour was awesome. my husband and i 4 wheel on the trails back home. this was a great outdoor tour. Bobby was very informative about the nature asspect of the ride. i would recommend it. thanks Bobby

This tour is located in the Big Cypress National Preserve, tour site is approximately 25 miles east of Everglades City. We are reopening soon.
